That’s a big claim. I never heard of him. No name recognition here in Chandler and South Phoenix. No signs or ads while I see those of other candidates.

People give a lot of credit to Joe Arpaio for busting illegals but it was efforts and legal interpretations by Thomas that allowed Arpaio to accomplish what he did.
As I recall, the big battle between Thomas and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors resulted in Thomas losing his law license.
