This is a modern day version of sociopath dictators who throughout history would force conquered nations, people to violate their most sacred beliefs.

One of the best examples of this defiance of religious beliefs against conquered people, nations is when the Dictator Caligula ordered the statue of Jupiter erected within the Jewish Temple. Muslim terrorists kidnapping Hindu adherents forcing them to convert to Islam and then eat beef, cows of which are sacred to them.

And now we have President Caligula forcing Christians to hire homosexuals. This man is beyond despicable.

And we’re supposed to believe that Bam-Bam isn’t a faggot, just because he allegedly sired two children with Madame Wide-Load?

Maybe we should all start a national chain of Christian membership clubs to buy and sell things and services to each other?

Zero knows all about taking it in the ENDA, and now he wants to require every American to also take it in the ENDA. Perfect.

Sounds a bit Italian but the new Obama motto to American employers;
Do as I do; Why don't you BENDA and take it in the ENDA?

As mentioned in related threads, please consider the following. With the exception of the federal entities indicated in the Constitution's Clauses 16 & 17 of Section 8 of Article I as examples, entities under the exclusive legislative control of Congress, and regardless what FDR's activist justices wanted everybody to believe about the scope of Congress's Commerce Clause powers, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate any aspect of intrastate commerce or intrastate labor.
”State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added].” —Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Also note that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to establish arbitrary civil rights. In fact, it wasn't until the 14th Amendment was ratified that Congress had the power to make legislation to strengthen only those rights which the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect. This is evidenced by the following excerpt from the Supreme Court's opinion in Minor v. Happersett.

“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphasis added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.

And the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect so-called gay rights. So all that Obama is doing by beating the drum for gay rights is to try to win votes for Democrats from low-information voters imo.

Finally, since religious expression is a constitutionally enumerated protection, Congress and the Oval Office have the 14th Amendment power only to strengthen protections for religious groups like Christians.
