Will Obama finally get some credit for the improving economy?
Washington Post ^ | July 3, 2014 | BY PAUL WALDMAN

Today’s jobs report was a very good one: 288,000 new jobs were created in June, and the unemployment rate fell to 6.1 percent.

So will Barack Obama get the credit?

Probably not. First of all, we shouldn’t get too excited; there are still a lot of people looking for work, there are a lot who have gotten discouraged and dropped out of the labor force, and there are a lot working part time when they’d rather have full-time jobs.

His constituents are really doing well.

The entitlement army is the largest it’s ever been.

Crony capitalists are the richest they’ve ever been.

Life in Obamaland actually is great if you’re a regime supporter.

Yeah, he gets credit for having the most people out of work in 35 years.

He gets even more credit for our earnings stagnating while prices have gone up.

I’d like to know what kind of slimy deals he’s cutting with the Washington Pravda.

The economy is still is shambles tittering since the day he took office on the brink of a Great Depression. Unemployment continues to be extremely high and the Federal Deficit is spiraling out if control and inflation ravages any savings people may have accumulated.

What? For BS and LIES? Anybody who believes the numbers aren't "cooked" needs to have their head examined. The white hut has been lying through their teeth to us about everything for the last five years. Now they are telling the truth? Horse manure!!

Okay - from a minus 10 to a minus 6 does show improvement.

We’re 5 MONTHS before the November midterm elections. Will the economy go back into a slump right after November? LOL

"Will Obama finally get some credit for the improving economy?"

Of course he will. The media gives him credit just for getting up and making it to his 10:00 AM briefing.

Record Number of Americans Not in Labor Force in June. You know if we could get the 92 million people out of work and not looking up to a 100 million we could probably get the unemployment rate down to 5 something % and call the recovery complete and the economy “back”. So in order to accomplish this much needed step would you unemployed people stop looking for work and join in with the “not in labor force” bunch.

Bingo ... 288,000 summertime part time jobs at amusement parks, federal make work projects, private sector nepotism, etc.

http://money.cnn.com/2007/10/05/news/economy/jobs_september/

Job loss erased, but danger lurks

Even with the job gains in Friday’s report, the unemployment rate rose to 4.7 percent in September from the 4.6 percent reading in August. That increase was in line with what economists had forecast, and was the highest unemployment rate since August 2006.

The July payroll reading was also revised higher by 25,000 jobs more than the earlier report. That means that there are 228,000 more Americans with jobs in this latest estimate, based on the September gain and the revisions, compared to the original reading from a month ago.

But, but, but...That was the “worst economy in 50 years!”

I hate the Obamaton Media

I don’t see how you can call the economy “improving” if the price of everything has gone through the root and our wages have remained the same or actually gone down.
