Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan indicated the suspect was able to be linked to the assaults after evidence examined in the Tulsa police lab was forwarded to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for additional examination.
“Campbell has no arrest record in Tulsa but a Google search by one of our investigators found that he was involved in a serious one car collision on I-44 and Sheridan last Sunday morning," Jordan said. The crash occurred just a few miles from the latest victim's home and ten minutes after the latest sexual assault was reported.
I suppose I can guess who he choose to attack....
I am sure you are correct, although that would never come out in the news. Apparently he also said the same thing to every victim. Wonder what it was?

Last month in a neighborhood I use to live in New York city, they had a wonderful video of a 21 year old walking up behind a 68 year old Asian man then doing a”knockout punch” on his head then stomping him to death when he fell, then bumping his fists together like he just scored a touchdown. When he was arrested a few days later, being that it’s New York city which is infested with liberals, the liberal press said he “only meant to rob the 68 year old man” even though there was absolutely no evidence of that whatsoever. Can’t have a black person charged with a hate crime now can we! Anyway, he was out walking the street on not only a armed robbery conviction, but also convictions for car theft and multiple drug charges which comes back to your question: “why we can’t lock these thugs up permanently?” Because liberals let them out besides making excuses for them.
