A Michigan man accused of shooting a 2-year-old girl dead at point-blank range as she sat on a porch with her father has been charged with torture as well as first degree murder. Police say the torture charge is because Raymone Bernard Jackson, 24, wanted to torment Kamiya French's father with his daughter's death, making it the last thing he ever saw, the Detroit Free Press reports. Jackson was in court yesterday and another suspect in the killing in the Detroit suburb of Inkster is being questioned. "The first coward's in custody," a police spokesman says. "Anybody that feels that they can execute a child in the state of Michigan, we're going to go after them with everything that we can."

I think Michigan isn’t a death penalty state so maybe his fellow inmates may give him the justice the state can not.
If Obama had a son.....
We’re not sure he doesn’t
Had this crime occurred forty years ago, it would have been news across the nation.
Today, barbarism is common, and hardly gets noticed.
Thank goodness the murderer wasn’t abused with exposure to Christian precepts in his public school.
This sounds a little confusing. Something must have been lost translating it into English.
That feral knuckledragger needs to be buried alive.
They are victimized by thier own and then they turn around and protect them, fugure that one out
“Anybody that feels that they can execute a child in the state of Michigan, we’re going to go after them with everything that we can.”
And yet abortion is legal.
Once again we must look to the inmates to see that justice is served.
If I was the dad, I’d be hoping that the perp was let off on a technicality. Then I’d call up a couple of pipe-hitting brothers and get to work with pliers and blowtorch. Yeah, I’d go medieval on his arse.
Texas knows how to deal with crap like this.
If you read about it here: http://www.freep.com/article/20140703/NEWS02/307030093/Inkster-shooting-Kamiya-Chelsea
There’s a bit more...
-——fugure that one out-——
It is a property of the subculture that justice comes from with in
It’s by some people’s definition, racist by design
——And yet abortion is legal.——
The incident can be classified as post birth abortion and there fore legal. /s
“And yet abortion is legal.”
The characters in this story are why abortion is legal (and why I’m convinced it always will be).
Records indicate that in March 2010, a jury found him not guilty of first-degree murder stemming from a 2009 incident.
Until we adopt a 'we kill you back' attitude toward punishment, this cycle will repeat itself.
Yeah, he’s a real nice guy. Too bad Michigan does have the death penalty.
Wonder if the DA would go for a change of venue to some little town in Texas like they do with civil cases.
That scumbag can go to hell.
And yet abortion is legal.

You’ve got it backwards — the killer, me-first mentality behind abortion can easily spill-over into killing people after their birth.
“Youve got it backwards the killer, me-first mentality behind abortion can easily spill-over into killing people after their birth.”
That’s what “right-to-die” legislation is for; people with power of attorney for older people can simply kill them.
Hey, for a boat load of money rev, al and jessie jack as* will provide a rent a mob to protest his innocence.
I seriously question whether he has two daughters...
Check out the movie, "Law Abiding Citizen," some time.
I got SO slammed in the past for voicing that opinion.
I've seen about a half a dozen pics of them coupled up ... marriage, some table at a club or something, etc... but nothing else.
While I am in favor of prompt hanging, it is more to the point that states adopt the firing squad as an alternative to any other means of execution.
Typically, if the *means* of execution is challenged in court, then the execution will be carried out by the default means of a firing squad. So the court challenge will become moot.
And it would be very hard to challenge the efficacy of execution by firing squad. The materials needed, and the expertise, are ubiquitous, and any LEO has the training to carry it out.
Perhaps it could shave 5 or even 10 years of appeals off the sentence of a savage murderer who deserves to die.
Thanks, I will.
You watch...this POS is probably sitting in his cell composing rap lyrics.
