WASHINGTON (AP) The Republican who lost a primary runoff election to Mississippi Sen. Thad Cochran said Friday he plans to challenge the results.

Chris McDaniel said his campaign found at least 5,000 irregularities in voting and that he will mount a legal challenge "any day now."

I hope this reaches to the larger issue of voter fraud as well. There’s crap in the waters at election time.

Article says he has to file challenge with the State Republican Committee; if they refuse his challenge, he has to file an appeal with court. What are the chances the Committee is going to approve his challenge?

I am hoping the best for McDaniel’s.

The reason election fraud is never pursued very far is because both the Democrats and the RINOs do it and they both have a lot to hide. The TEA party doesn't have the power to commit election fraud, so they have nothing to hide and nothing to lose by turning over some rocks.

The RINOs better tell Thadeus to withdraw very soon, or no telling how many RINOs and their operatives could wind up behind bars.

Everyone in Mississippi is only a couple of degrees of separation from everyone else. Everyone knows who the weasels are.

Time to bring back “shunning.” Refuse to do business with them. Refuse to attend their social events. Refuse to talk to them on the street.

.

My guess is that the process will require about three months.

I suspect that the Mississippi courts will be the first venue, but that would effectively give Thad Cochran the nomination as the Mississippi Courts will tie this up for months.

Perhaps the Federal Courts are the best approach, since "voting integrity" in a U.S. Senate race is "federal" jurisdiction.

I suspect the Federal Courts would be more sympathetic and move fast enough for McDaniels to get another run-off election, and thus win the U.S. Seante seat in November.

Time is critical.

Not to be showing off here, but I gave the McDaniel Campaign an extra $ 50 today to help with his legal efforts.

Chris McDaniel is the 2014 version of Lexington Green.

Let's show these GOPe RINO Bastards that we have the will to fight savagely for victory.

So many "Tea Party" conservatives might take offense at the fight "savagely" remark.

The last time I checked, Bunker Hill, The Alamo and Omaha Beach were victories achieved "only" because American Patriots fought "savagely".

"Never Surrender" !

"We have to frankly break the back of the secular-socialist machine, elect people committed to representing the American people, and then methodically rip the system apart."

I think it needs to be done very publically. I think the documents should be hand delivered by McDaniel and a couple hundred citizens who would like to have the answer and would be willing to wait until the answer is given.

Here is a little info but it’s not specific on timing. However I would think that if
fraud can be proven then the clock would not be an issue. If the election is fraud ridden
then it would seem to me that another election could be mandated even a year from now.
JMO and I’m not a lawyer nor know the MS code, etc.

http://www.myfoxal.com/story/25920500/mississippi-gop-executive-committee-meets-with-heightened-security

Final numbers from the counties must be submitted by a July 7th deadline. That’s when
we can expect certification. There are still absentee votes and affidavit ballots to be counted.

“Many people felt like today’s meeting was something, some type of certification that
was finalized where people couldn’t challenge it,” said Nosef. “That’s also not true.
After we give the results to the Secretary of State, that actually begins the time when
someone can file a complaint if they desire. So this was part of the process and it’s
part of every process.”

Once the numbers are submitted to the Secretary of State’s office, it will publish the
results and then anyone contesting the election can file a complaint, but that has
to be in a court of law.

The Republican who lost a primary runoff election

One thing I have noticed is that all the articles about McDaniel begin with this type of a statement.

When conservatives write about the main stream media, we should begin repeatedly with a meme, like they are doing.

"The main stream media, that has become the propaganda outlet of the far left..."

"The main stream media, that can no longer cover news without left wing bias..."

The Radio Media (Supertalk Mississippi) that covers the entire state is painting McDaniel as a radical racist divider supported by racist radicals. JT and Paul Gallo who are the two headliners are solidly in the Cochran camp and don't miss a chance to denigrate the Tea Party or McDaniel. Unfortunately, many in the state are buying this. I don't know how McDaniel will sway public opinion when the majority of the media outlets are constantly repeating the Cochran/Barbour mantras.

I read yesterday that the McDaniel team has not counted out a write-in campaign. Since the U.S. Senate seat is a Federal level seat, a Federal Court in Jackson, MS can have Chris McDaniel certified for the November ballot as a Write-in Candidate; overriding MS State Election laws.

Newt Gingrich won the (essential) South Carolina Republican Primary, which has historically been a "mystic" must-win for ANY successful GOP Presidential nominee.

Next came the Florida primary (I live in Tampa), where I worked on the Gingrich campaign.

Please read the next words carefully.

That SOB Rat-Bastard Mitt Romney ran a $ 5 million plus "character assassination" ad campaign against Gingrich in Florida, outspending Newt by (as I recall) 10:1.

It was relentless.

Worse still, it was targeted at "traditional (older) republicans" who rarely use the internet.

While some sites (such as Free Republic) carried the full truth about that "bastard" Mitt Romney, and his pro-sodomite marriage, pro-Obama-care agenda) ...

these "seasoned citizens" get most of their news from ABC-CNN-NBC and the New York Times.

It was a terrible event to witness, especially from inside Newt's campaign.

Having experienced this, I know full well how Mississippi's Chris McDaniel's campaign felt after Thad Cochran and the genuinely EVIL GOPe effectively stole victory from McDaniel.

That's what that "bastard" Romney did to Newt Gingrich in Florida in 2012.

Glenn Beck was forever "Persona No Grata" in my book because of what he did to Newt Gingrich.

But there were OTHER suspects as well, including (to my eternal dismay) Rush Limbaugh and the genuinely talented Mark Steyn (EIB occasional co-host).

During the last ten days before the Florida Primary vote, Rush Limbaugh took a clearly obvious "extended vacation", with his daily show guest-hosted by Mark Steyn.

To my shock, Mark Steyn ranted for days in vicious attacks against Newt Gingrich, just like the "bastard" Mitt Romney's radio and TV ads.

Mind you, Mark Steyn NEVER addressed Newt's arguments head-on, he merely lampooned and ridiculed Newt Gingrich for days and day and days.

Somewhere, somehow, Rush Limbaugh permitted Mark Steyn's vicious personal attacks against Newt Gingrich ... in Rush Limbaugh's stealth support for that child-choir-boy-idiot-charade also known as "Little Ricky Santorum".

I hope that the "piss ant" Mark Steyn reads this post, and knows today his "personal role" in helping the "bastard" Romney steal a Florida victory from New Gingrich.

Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Mark Steyn ALL have helped that "traitorous Moslem bastard" Obama:

1) LOSE the Afghanistan and Iraq wars

2) Allow the IRS and NSA to rape and pillage our Constitutional rights

3) Allow ObamaCare to continue it's economic destruction on the United States

4) Allow 75,000-plus ILLEGAL IMKMIGRATS to INVADE the United States

Thank you, Glenn Beck, you "jerk".
Thank you, Mark Steyn, you "jerk".
Thank you, Rush Limbaugh, you "jerk".

I will post (below) a list of Newt Gingrich's "great" 2012 campaign speeches.

I openly challenge "anyone" who's a United States citizen, whether they be Joe at the local gas station to any Supreme Court Justice ...

to successfully defeat Newt Gingrich in a debate.

And that includes that Jeb Bush, that "closet idiot" Rand Paul and Chris "Doughnut Boy" Christie.

GeronL ...

Yep ... Newt Gingrich (architect of the historic Contract for America and capturing the House after forty (40) years of Democratic rule) ...

DID IN FACT pose for a joint photo with Nancy Pelosi (a historic figure as first woman Speaker of the House, albeit an idiot) ...

sharing a photo-op, discussing, of all subjects, "Global Warming".

Newt's critics have a field day with this 2008 photograph, totally IGNORANT of Newt Gingrich's later confession that ...

"it was the dumbest thing I've done in recent years."

===============================

Newt's critics then attack his 2008 remarks about Global Warming ...

again, IGNORANT of the circumstances involved

and how New Gingrich (along with the rest of America) was DECIEVED by the SCIENTIFIC LIES about Global Warming.

Let's have some straight talk about Newt Gingrich's so-called "endorsement" of Global Warming ...

First, assuming you're old enough Battle Hymn (i.e. experienced, intelligent) you'll agree that, for the most part, scientists' word (especially in published journals) has for decades been very respected.

Right ?

Remember those days, GeronL ?

Even into the 1970's (unless you were still in diaper-land) scientists were assumed to be honest.

Enter the Hillary Clinton "hippie quasi-Marxist generation", especially as they were graduating with all those PhD and masters degrees in the 1980s.

For some of these "intellectual scoundrels" all that mattered was ideology.

Period.

These folks were the kind (like the University of East Anglia fraudsters) who even FAKED the DATA ... just to advance their Socialist Agenda.

Now, I'm a college-degree Mechanical Engineer who's always been interested in the sciences.

And even when the "Man Made Global Warming Data" was being FALSIFIED for years and years, and then PUBLISHED "as fact" in the leading scientific journals, how could even a "smart educated guy" like me (/sarcasm-off) known that the data and findings were RUBBISH ?

I had neither the "correct data" or access to the "inner scientific circle" to have even known that the Global Warming Data was poppycock.

Now ... what's you technical background, GeronL ?

Do you have a college degree ? What subject ?

Let's presume that you do, and that it's in "climatology".

Let's next presume (a wild guess) that you have access to ALL of the correct temperature data (you copied it to a 5.25-inch floppy disk before the bad guys erased it on the VAX mainframe).

Now ... let's further assume (really wild here) that you have COMPLETE and FREE access to all of the NASA supercomputers that the "bad guys" used in their Bravo Sierra climate computer models.

Finally ... let's assume you've discovered the TRUTH about the GLOBAL WARMING LIE.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

Now ... go get that news story published.

I'm certain (/sarcasm-off) that CNN, The New York Times, Newsweak, The Economist and Rolling Stone will start a million-dollar bidding war over your new revelation.

Right ?

Unfortunately (as you already know) ... wrong ... wrong ... wrong.

Your GREAT news story about the GLOBAL WARMING LIE gets pigeon-holed.

For ever, or until Rush Limbaugh gets a hold of it.

That was rather a long, sad story, wasn't it ?

What exactly does it have to do with Newt Gingrich and Nancy Pelosi making a joint statement about GLOBAL WARMING ... in 2008 ... 2008 ... 2008?

Newt Gingrich assumed that the respective scientists were HONEST and TRUTHFUL.

And what did Newt Gingrich say in 2011 ... AFTER THE FRAUDULANT SCIENTIFIC DATA was discovered ... that his Global Warming statement with Nancy Pelosi ...

"was the dumbest thing I've done in recent years."

How could Newt Gingrich (being a non-technical person) known the difference ?

How could GeronL (being a non-technical person) known the difference ?

How could Patton-at-Bastogne (being a TECHNICAL person) known the difference ?

GeronL, you and Newt and I would ALL been buffaloed by the bravo-sierra data.

So how (being the reasonable man I presume you are) can you make fun of Newt Gingrich for thinking GLOBAL WARMING ...

when YOU would have been BUFFALOED like Newt Gingrich ...

as well as me, too ?

Best Regards,

Patton-at-Bastogne (Free Republic member since 1998)

Meanwhile, take a look at what Rush Limbaugh had to say about the Global Warming Fraud ....

RUSH: You know, there are all kinds of left-wing publications and individuals, folks, who are beside themselves over global warming.

I have an entire Stack of Stuff today on this.

From the Australian newspaper: "Twenty-Year Hiatus in Rising Temperatures Has Climate Scientists Puzzled," and they are all citing a magazine article in The Economist.

"In a lengthy article this week, The Economist magazine said if climate scientists were credit-rating agencies, then climate sensitivity -- the way climate reacts to changes in carbon dioxide levels -- would be on negative watch but not yet downgraded."

Because this story indicates that carbon in the atmosphere may actually be making things cooler, not warmer.

They are beside themselves with rage and anger and frustration in the global warming community, which we know is a hoax now.

That continues to be something that's utterly laughable to me.

We know by virtue of released e-mails from the University of East Anglia in the UK that the whole thing -- the manmade global warming program -- is a hoax.

It's a political hoax.

I realize there are some people who haven't heard this. We have new listeners tuning in each and every day, and I realize that many of you new arrivals here think that global warming is the law of the land.

You've never questioned it, and you think it's happening. Global warming is as real as the sun coming up.

Considering the alternative is impossible, and you believe that people who don't believe in it are literal kooks.

I want to tell you new arrivals about this -- and I know you low-information people are here in increasing numbers each and every day.

Take the time to read the (above) post about Newt Gingrich and Global Warming ... and the mistake he admittedly made in 2008 ...

Did you have scientific proof in 2008 that (otherwise honorable) scientists were FAKING the Global Warming "temperature data" ?

Well ... neither did Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh, Ted Cruz or "anyone".

When Newt figured out that he'd been lied to by these "honorable" scientists, Newt admited that he was wrong in his 2008 statement.

What possibly more could you ask of Newt than that ?
