Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) believes the border crisis is not a national security threat, despite gangsters having already been apprehended along the United States-Mexico border. In fact, Jackson Lee waved a bag of lollipops during a Thursday House Homeland Security Field Hearing in McAllen, Texas, and said she took bags of such lollipops to the illegal immigrant children in detention centers during recent visits.

The border tissue is maddening mostly because our laws are not being followed. If they were followed to the letter, the flaws and benefits of them would become apparent and thus make the next step to take in this matter more well understood. We are a nation of laws...not of men.
In any case, before I discuss anything I insist that our borders are secured according to the laws on the books. I also insist that anyone here illegally be required to register by some date certain. Anyone after that date here illegally should be deported. The registration list will serve to tell us exactly how many illegals are here. If it is a million or so...maybe amnesty is the way to go....or some form of eventual citezenship. If the number is actually closer to 30, 40, 50 million, then we have a huge freakin’ problem on our hand, but at least we’ll know.
The bottom line is we need control of the situation and accurate data before we can even discuss the next step. Our government (the people who represent us) wants neither which is...to say the least....sad and depressing.
Obama is a freakin’ dissaster. Thanks ‘liberals’ for giving us that jack-ass...uhgggg!!
