Murrieta police Friday morning cleared the entry road

The estimated 100 demonstrators, including those favoring the immigrants, were being restricted to a "safety zone" away from the road.

It appears that the Murrieta police have made a conscious decision to favor one group of lawbreakers over another group of lawbreakers.

I understand the law that requires public roadways be kept open for their purpose of passing traffic through. But I also understand the law that prohibits illegal entry into the United States.

Why is it that the local governmental authorities, agents of the state of California rather than the federal government, have chosen to enforce the law against their own California citizens and in favor of foreigners sponsored by the federal government?

This question even assumes that protesters not in a "safety zone" are somehow violating the law by their presence, they are not although a few of them might have broken the law by assaulting a police officer. That is an entirely different matter. Why is it assumed that the bus full of illegal immigrants should have priority over law-abiding citizens who choose to exercise their right of assembly and free speech in a place they judge to be most effective?

the mayor’s gonads shriveled up overnight. I wonder who the call came from that turned him into a pantywaist...

from the Desert Sun article and with shameless editing:

“On Monday, Murrieta mayor Alan Long appeared on national television and encouraged residents to protest the use of the federal facility in Murrieta.

“On Tuesday, swarms of people blocked three buses heading into the post...

” on Thursday, city manager Rick Dudley posted a letter on the city’s website which defended the right to protest, but expressed sadness at the results.
“This was not a victory,” the letter said.
“That is not the Murrieta that we know and love,” he wrote. “The unfortunate acts at Tuesday’s protest ... were not representative of our community.

“(on Friday,) both the mayor and city manager of Murrieta have said the Tuesday blockade of three buses by relocation opponents has given the city a “black eye”

I’m interested if the city manager thinks the angry aztec circus that came to town Friday looking for a fight is more representative of our community?

Maybe the people ordering it are rats, and they are just facilitating the entrance of new rats. They probably have the voter registration forms ready for signature.

TREASON is the reason!

U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government,

and shall protect each of them against invasion
