Who had the worst week in Washington? Hillary Clinton (she must be close to setting a record)
Washington Post ^ | July 3, 2014 | Chris Cillizza

Posted on 07/05/2014 3:10:10 AM PDT by Cincinatus' Wife

When “Hard Choices,” Hillary Rodham Clinton’s memoir of her time at the State Department, came out in early June, the book — and subsequent book tour — were touted as the first steps in the inevitable 2016 presidential bid by the nation’s former top diplomat. If that’s what they are, Clinton may be in for some tough times.

The past few days tell the story. Even as Clinton was prepping for the European leg of her book tour, she was dogged by two recurring and not-so-good headlines.

I see no end in sight for Hillary winning "worst week" honors.

In London she showed her stupidity when she didn't know that Tories and conservatives were not political opposites.

Clinton gaffe: Former secretary of State confuses Britain's political parties ".......Asked by the host what she thought of the "Special Relationship" between the U.S. and Great Britain, Clinton declared it was "very special between our countries."

"There's not just a common language, but a common set of values that we can fall back on," she said. "It doesn't matter in our country whether it's a Republican or a Democrat or frankly, in your country, whether it's a Conservative or a Tory. There is a level of trust and understanding. That doesn't mean we always agree because, of course, we don't."...............

In order to make me happy, she needs a bad Day every day for the rest of her sordid life. . . .

So, the Flying Buttress jets off to Europe leaving her troubles behind, only to create some new ones.

Our next President.......?

When Hillary keeps a low profile, her poll numbers rise. When Hillary raises her profile, her poll numbers fall.

A bad week for Hillary is a good week for the rest of us.

Though I would like to see her do a little more damage to the Democratic Party before she waddles from the stage.

She represents every blue-nose abolitionist, crabby nagging wife, loudmouth ignorant Yankee, man-hating lesbian you have ever encountered. She is dull and stupid and cannot think on her feet. Her handlers are old and obsolete. The blacks will not vote for her. She will not get the nomination - her health will break down.

My question is: Will America elect a pathological liar to replace a pathological narcissist in the next election?

Remember her Listenng Tour when she ran for NY Senator in 2002?

She went from town to town, and sat in a chair while people took turns at a microphone saying what was on their mind. The result was a parade of suspiciously similar people at town after town saying how excited they were that Hillary was going to be their next Senator.

By September, she was at 70% Then, with six weeks to go, she started to talk....

Every time she opened her mouth, her polls fell. She dropped a point every other day, and by Election Day, she barely managed to beat a non-entity from Long Island.

The New York Times Bestseller List is expending it’s last small measure of credibility propping up this book.

At least her money story is still going strong. She keeps it alive by denying it repeatedly.

Another annoying part of that was her incessant Bobble-head 'head-bob'... up and down, up and down, up and down.

A lame effort to look interested and concerned, but I suspect it was really to try and keep from nodding off.

I agree I don’t see the same turn out of black voters for H. Clinton compared to Obama. The turn out of NAGS may be higher but not by much.

It really doesn’t matter how bad she is now. The MSM has chosen her.

What Hillary needs, after her trial and conviction for murder and treason, is a short drop and quick stop. That will be a good day for America.

She represents every blue-nose abolitionist,

You have contempt for abolitionists? What do you mean? The only abolitionists I ever heard of were the people against slavery.

Are you talking about some other type of abolitionist? Or are you against the people who wanted to end slavery?

If so, you are at the wrong website.

You were right about the rest of your description, though.
