As charities go, their efficiency is quite low. They give out money, but their expenses are high. But, there's another thing going on here--never forget, this is a big influence peddling operation. They hire their buddies, get donations from their friends, make recommendations... all without any taxable consequences. Why, I read a few weeks ago that BJ Clinton was upset enough to throw something when Qatar got the 2022 (or so) World Cup. Why would he care, unless it was because he couldn't get a final payoff for lobbying? The whole foundation is going to be rife with this kind of crap.
