McDaniel’s Team Says It’s Close to Forcing a New Election Against Cochran
BUZZPO ^ | 07-05-2014 | Steven Ahle

Team McDaniel claims they are rapidly approaching the magic number of 7,000 ineligible votes required to force a second runoff against Thad Cochran. After examining votes in 51 of the state’s 82 counties, they have found 4,900 such votes. With 31 counties and 19,000 absentee ballots to check, McDaniel may very well achieve the goal. Absentee ballots are where most voter fraud takes place.

And when the McDaniel campaign exposes these people for the fraud they committed, will they be throw behind bars?

According to a credible source, apparently if another election is called, Cochran will concede.

There is nothing I’d like to see more than Cochran and Barbour go down in flames.

There is a list out of the financiers of
this RINO ambush.

Rove and BAIN (Romney) are at the top
with Elliot Management, Goldman Sachs
and Wells Fargo.

Another election will do no good unless it is carefully monitored and laws strictly enforced.

Why would there be a second election? Shouldn’t McDaniel be declared the winner?

There’s no way to “prove” that all the invalid ballots were cast for Cochran. But once his magin of victory is outnumbered by invalid/illegal ballots, then the result comes into question.

Jimmy Carter lives in that neck of the woods.

The RINOs know that if he doesn't conced, some of them are going to be headed for the slammer.

In the grand scheme of things, these criminals should be in prison, but I’ll look forward to them, at least, being removed from positions of power and authority. Force them into anonymity; it’s fatal to their egos.

Thanks, that makes sense, from a legal perspective.

We can not say with legal certainty that the invalid votes were cast for Cochran.

Yes, we can assume such, but in a legal proceeding, we have no proof HOW they voted do we?

So the remedy would be a new election.

Two things:

Cochran likely lacks the class to concede.

His payoff (HIGH paying no-show jobs for him and his honey in DC lobbyist firms after he wins and later “retires” from Congress) for not retiring this cycle will only come to fruition if he actually wins reelection.

So he’ll stick to the bitter end.

While I support McDaniel, talk is cheap. For YEARS now I’ve read/heard variations on this theme with nothing coming of it.

Show me the evidence.

And when they turn up again and again funding other GOPe quislings,

I heard about it too. The ironic thing is, is that Cochran wanted to retire but was coaxed into running again for the benefit of the GOPe. They needed someone they can control.

Cochran's a loser no matter what happens. Conservatives in MS aren't going to vote for him in the general.

This is an area where I would welcome Federal intervention ... They cannot write state laws of course .. but adopting standards for elections would fix this ...

The Senate and House should pass rules governing whether an individual elected to the Congress or the presidency will be accepted/seated/sworn in based on minimum standards for elections for any national position ... Let Mississippi allow shenanigans for dog catcher and county judge ,, but if they want their person seated in congress there must be 1.) photo id verified 2.) no open primary 3.) nationality verified 4.) poll workers must be held accountable for their actions
