Newt and the GOPe’s are beginning to realize that they are nothing but Eunuch’s in the eyes of the MSM.
The ONLY time ‘they’ get any ‘recognition’ is when they can make some Outlandish statement that essentially embarrasses or even ‘outs’ their true thoughts.
Guess once that ‘hog the spotlight’ bug bites one, it is almost impossible to shed the urge.
Case in point may be the MSM vilifying Nancy Reagan for the 8 years in the WH, generally considered her a ‘nut case’ and worse.
When she opined that one O. North LTCOL USMC(ret) was NOT a good choice to represent VA in the US Senate she was considered a ‘sage’ and person to go to.
Until the next time she dissed the D establishment.
Not to worry. Newt will never hold another elected office.
