Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) told Face the Nation host Bob Schieffer Sunday morning that he’d had enough of congressional Republicans criticizing the Obama administration over immigration policies when they’d refused to take up the bipartisan immigration reform bill passed by the Senate last year.
“I am really getting fed up with some of the critics of this administration, particularly from House Republicans,” Durbin said. “They had the opportunity for one solid year to call the immigration reform bill, and yet they refused to. Now they’re arguing we need more enforcement at the borders and a lot of other things? When are they going to accept their responsibility to govern?”
Just a few minutes before, Schieffer had asked Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) how it felt to be members of a party that refused to act; both said President Barack Obama’s alleged preference for executive actions made bringing aboard House GOP members more difficult.

Sen Durbin and others are themselves to blame, for refusing to vote for true “immigration reform” minus amnesty for illegal migrants, because in fact they have no interest, particularly no political interest in any true immigration reforms OTHER THAN amnesty for illegal migrants.
It is THEIR one note immigration song that has killed true immigration law reforms and killed any passage of any true immigration law reforms.
Does anyone know where Mr Turban lives in Virginia or Maryland? We’ll dump 50,000 of them in *his* neighborhood and watch what happens to property values and the crime rate.

JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO DURBIN VOTERS As far back as 2008, at the presidential debate in Nashville, Democrat candidate Obama advanced his signature plan that was ultimately enacted (by an historic straight Democrat party-line vote) into the "Affordable Care Act:
QUOTING OBAMA: "No. 1, let me just repeat, if you’ve got a health care plan that you like, you can keep it. All I’m going to do is help you to lower the premiums on it. You’ll still have choice of doctor.”
Repeated over and over ---- with the promise that every American would be saving $2500.00 on healthcare costs.
