The US government has forced the state of Oklahoma to overturn its anti-Sharia bill, after a Muslim man named Muneer Awad sued the state for supposed violations against “freedom of religion.”

CAIR also played a role in subverting the bill. Adam Soltani of CAIR said:

Sharia is the moral code of conduct for Muslims, and that includes certain aspects of laws, like marital laws, divorce, inheritance, wills…it encompasses part of that, but it’s also the moral code of conduct

The state of Oklahoma must now pay $303,333 to Awad for legal fees, costs and nontaxable expenses. The money is going into the hands of Muslims because the lawsuit was done by CAIR, a Muslim jihadist organization of Islamic lawyers. Awad himself is a lawyer and the executive director for CAIR. The state of Oklahoma is paying money right into the pockets of Muslims. The Muslim heretic Awad boasted the victory:

This was just politicians optimistically looking for an issue… Look what happened. Not only did the state question get struck down, but they’ll have to pay attorney fees and interest over three years.

It’s interesting. I have never ever seen a post here at FR that needed to be verified by another source. If a link is followed and is legitimate, I’ve never seen anyone ask to prove its veracity.

It would be good if we knew how “the government” made Oklahoma overturn this law.

I can’t imagine any circumstance under which the Executive Branch of the federal government would have the authority to make a state overturn a state law.

What federal court struck it down? And why isn’t Oklahoma appealing the ruling? Or is it?

I should think Oklahoma would appeal such a ruling all the way to the Supreme Court.

Something isn’t right about this story.

It seems there is no such thing anymore under Obama, but hopefully the House of Representatives can launch an investigation into Obama making Judicial decisions that should be reserved to real judges.

You must remember that we live in Obama’s America where from simply reading this story it is obvious that Obama is handing down judicial decisions.

I don't doubt that Obama would make such an order. But it's impossible for me to imagine that the state of Oklahoma would recognize such a blatantly invalid "order" as having any legal weight at all.

It must be established that Islam is NOT ONLY a (alleged) RELIGION, but is a governing entity, and then it must be established Islam is a governing entity antithetical to our established Constitutional Republic.

The key here is our Constitutional Republic is our form of government complete with religious freedoms absolutely NOT tolerated by Islamic law, and our law is the law of THIS land. They are usurpers of the gracious invitation to participate in our society as outlined by our Constitution. Can you imagine subpoenaing the financial records, phone bills, and emails of CAIR and what they would reveal? The Muzzies would never turn over the real records; they’d manufacure and fabricate them and Holder’s Feds would never execute a search warrant at CAIR’s headquarters for fear it would be self incriminating when communications from their own were revealed.
