McDaniel is a Republican.

McDaniel is a conservative. If this election has taught us anything, it's that there is a noticeable difference.

If there is a hint of prosecutor involvement, then Cochran risks being kicked out of Congress, losing his pension and perks of congressional retirement. He will likely come up with an excuse of health to resign.

Many here have speculated wisely that the game plan has always been to have Cochran step down and have the Governor appoint a younger Barbour to the Senate seat.

Cochran did not want to run for another term. Somebody told him to do it and likely once he was reelected they would let him step down and replace him with someone the establishment approved of.

It was a repeat of McCain’s campaign against Hayworth in Arizona. If McCain had fought half as hard against Obama as he did against Hayworth, he probably would have eeked out a win for the Presidency.

...”I don’t care if the democrat wins and Obama has free reign for the next few years.”

Yeah, that’s the spirit, put your tail between your legs and bitch about the situation. That’s really adult! You has better effing well care whether or not Obama has free reign for two more years, because if he does the “transformation” will be pretty much complete.

And that malevolent bastard might not have been any better than FUBO because the GOPe would have gone along with some of the same $hit because it was McLame doing it.
