To accomplish this goal, Obama is following a popular theory among progressives that is designed to bring down America’s constitutional structure and capitalist economy, which was first developed by two of his radical professors at Columbia. According to David Horowitz of DiscoverTheNetworks.org, “First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the Cloward-Piven Strategy seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.”

The flaw in this strategy is that government bureaucracy is not part of capitalism, but, socialism. The strategy leads to communism. The way out is to back away from socialism not capitalism. zerOcare cannot be fixed by single payer, but, by a free market.

If you could call it ironic, there is an irony in the abortion on demand program the dead soul liberals have ensconced in black communities. Black people have killed off so many of their alive unborn that now the globalist oligarchs need to import an invasion of diseased children, ferried in by the cartel orgs, to fulfill the government dependents quotas the collapse demands.
