New CNN Host John Walsh Vows to Continue Piers Morgan's War on the NRA
Breitbart ^ | 7 Jul 2014 | AWR Hawkins

Former America's Most Wanted host John Walsh is hosting a new show on CNN on which he vows to keep the push for gun control and the war on the NRA alive.

According to The Wrap, Walsh said:

I'm the father of a murdered child. I've done nothing but track violence in America since my son was murdered. We have a serious problem with guns in this country... and the NRA solution to arm every grammar-school 80-year-old teacher with a gun is absolutely ludicrous.

He claims the NRA has gotten so big and financially powerful through relationships with gun manufacturers that "they're not a lobbyist on Capitol Hill, they're a gun manufacturer rep."

Walsh's new show, The Hunt, premieres July 13. Walsh says he did not initially realize "how much his gun control efforts would be a part of his new show."

What can you expect from a ghoul who made a lucrative career exploiting the murder of his son?

His six year old son was kidnapped, strangled, and decapitated by a homosexual serial killer. No gun was involved.

But guns are safer to be opposed to, than murderous pedophiles.

“...arm every 80-year-old grammar school teacher...” ???

When you have to create a phony straw man to forward an argument, it’s obvious there’s no merit to your debate.

He’s lost before leaving the gate. Sadly the road from grieving father to celebrity has changed his quest.

That’s just incredibly hypocritical

God bless them for all they’ve been through, but to take an anti 2nd Amendment radical position for everyone else, that’s a shame.

BTW John, the left are the ones soft on crime, soft on porn, soft on dope, soft on predators.

If you ought to fight against anyone, it’s them. Not the people who supported you and prayed for you.

I refuse to believe this. Instead, I believe the NRA is made up of basically conservative people, many with military or law enforcement backgrounds, who have studied history and know that freedom depends on this individual right. Walsh appears to be someone who benefitted from a tragedy, became rich beyond his initial capabilities, traded up to a trophy wife, and now, surrounded by his affluence and protectors, claims the rest of us have no right to protect ourselves. In other words, he’s got his but the rest of us can’t have it.

uhhh....I have never seen an 80 year old grammar school teacher. The unions generally allow them to retire in their 50’s.

John Walsh will fit in with the never let a crisis go to waste crowd, having leveraged his own son’s death toward fame and fortune.

CNN told Walsh how to think and Walsh wanted the job.

“So much for his problem with the average Joe being armed.”

I seems to fit perfectly. He does not want *other people* to be armed.

That is simply reguritated failed Marxist economic theory. Here is what Professor Brian Anse Patrick has to say about it in “Rise of the Anti-Media”:

“But NRA is not the source of the power. The power lies in the matrix of horizontal associations that constitute the new gun culture. NRA has money because these people provide money, lots of it, regularly. They are not minions or “rank and file.” Emphatically, they do not serve the NRA; rather, NRA serves them as best it can.”

I was in London last night and I can report that Piers Morgan has a CNN type interview show back here in Great Britain. Same boring guy.
