Man up. Afraid. Feckless.

Those are terms used to describe House Speaker John Boehner and his plan to sue President Barack Obama. And those are just from from critics on the right. Since Boehner announced his intention nearly two weeks ago, reaction has been mixed -- at best.

Republican anger over the President's sidestepping of a stalemated Congress to use his "pen and phone" on issues of immigration, minimum wage, LGBT rights and energy production is for real and far reaching.

Boehner explains Obama lawsuit Boehner's lawsuit and the blame game John Boehner defends plan to sue Obama Boehner's attempt to answer what he considers a rogue presidency is to sue.

"The President has circumvented the American people and their elected representatives through executive action, changing and creating his own laws, and excusing himself from enforcing statutes he is sworn to uphold," Boehner wrote in an op-ed on CNN.com over the weekend

Man up. Afraid. Feckless. Despite this coming from an article from CNN, they were savvy enough to include some quotes from the conservative side, enough to make Boehner look like the hapless political wimp he is.

We need more than politics to deal with the invasion and the lawsuit is just a political stunt to suck people into re-electing Republicans who will end up signing off on amnesty as the right moment after the election.

Boehner knows this will go nowhere. He’s merely trying to play to conservatives and not alienate the Chamber of Commerce with a effort he knows will accomplish nothing

Obama probably told Boehner to file a lawsuit against to AT LEAST give the appearance that Congress was trying to challenge him so The Tea Party wouldn’t figure out thatthey’ve all been paid if. I can almost see Obama thinking, “this is just TOO easy. If Congress doesn’t at least act like they’re challenging me people are going to catch on and start looking around to find out where all the money I keep appropriating for this and that is going. If they figure out I’ve been using it to silence my opposition by paying them off I’m done!”

The lawsuit is absurd window dressing to give the Speaker talking points to hide his incompetence behind.

Very likely. And this addresses part of what has been fed to America’s DOMESTIC enemies, to say nothing of our FOREIGN enemies. This is beyond a very bad nightmare.

When the liberals sue, they hit the jackpot.

When we sue, *tilt*.

Not supporters! CNN will find out that it has much support. This clown in the White House has been, for too long, just making it up as he goes. He will not enforce the immigration laws on the books. That is a violation! Eric Holder will not do anything about harrassment of voters in Philadelphia, Pa. Obama should replace him for that alone. There are more things that these two are guilty of. But should a lawsuit take place, CNN will hear a roar from the public that will astound them, just wait!
