The Department of Defense is cataloguing its bases and barracks to find temporary housing for hundreds of thousands of poor Central Americans who are now believed to be migrating toward the Texas border.
The DoD-wide search for migrant housing was corroborated by a Texas radio station, WOAI, which reported that Pentagon officials have “asked military bases around the country to find 180 barracks, holding centers, and other facilities to house the flood which is not expected to stop coming any time soon.”

I am more compassionate than you are. Here is my solution. Strafe the locomotives of the trains hauling the illegals with 50 caliber machine guns. No need to strafe the rest of the train. The train stops on the tracks. That is what the P-51 Mustangs did in WWII.
Two comments:
1) Whether the hispanic (and black, for that matter) communities will care about job competition depends on the percentage that is on the government dole. If the percentage of those on the dole is high enough, this argument won’t work. Instead, family unification and ethnic solidarity will outweigh the economic effect from job competition.
2) To your question: No... and No. Certainly not with Dems controlling the government, but probably not with GOPe Presidential possibilities like Mitt or Rubio.

You are unfortunately wrong. Existing law makes exception for underage kids from central America. By law, they MUST be given asylum in USA. I think Bush signed that into law many years back. It does NOT include kids from Mexico or Canada.
