Yes, the Teddy Kennedy education bill that Bush signed. It’s funny how liberals always seem to forget to mention that No Child Left behind was brain child of Teddy Kennedy.

Well, I don't know why the socialists would not want to take credit for socialized government education. I think it's more amazing how many "conservatives" seem to forget that Bush not only sighed the freaking bill but created monstrous bureaucracies that had "Welcome" signs all over them for Obama.

Bush was a mixed bag. I admired him for going after the bad guys after 9-11. Sent them running scared back into their caves. He set a high moral tone and example I think also. But he got his eye off the ball with Iraq IMO and was a socialist domestically.
