PALIN: ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION 'TIPPING POINT' ON IMPEACHMENT
Breitbart Big Government ^ | 7-8-14 | by TONY LEE

Posted on 07/08/2014 8:59:25 PM PDT by kingattax

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy has argued that "impeachment was quite intentionally included by the Framers as the ultimate check against presidential lawlessness," and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said on Tuesday that the illegal immigration issue was the "tipping point" for her in deciding that Obama needed to be impeached for a pattern of lawlessness.

Appearing on Fox News' Hannity after she called for Obama's impeachment in a Breitbart News op-ed, Palin said that Obama has already committed at least 25 impeachable offenses, including lying to the American people and fraud, especially on policies like Obamacare and the federal debt.

Palin said the illegal immigration crisis that Obama created issue hurts American workers of all backgrounds and noted that "a great awakening is due in this country." She said impeachment can send a message to Obama that "he is not an imperial president and lawlessness will not be accepted by the American people." Saying that protecting the Constitution is a "bipartisan issue," Palin called on Congress to "do its job to halt an imperial presidency" and "halt the fundamental transformation of America."

"Let's get going on that," she said.

He got his freaky amnesty. They all did.

Palin is right, although this Congress will never actually do it.

“lawlessness”? Why do they keep using that word? The word to use is TREASON.

Since Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador are invading the United States, Congress should declare war on these rouge nations. Then when they send these people over the border we can either treat them as refugees, and put them in refugee camps until the war is over, or we can arrest them as prisoners of war.

In the meantime we can send the Marines down to Central America to restore peace to these allegedly “war torn” areas. After the war is over we can return them all to their homelands.

We wasted trillions of dollars trying to nation build in the Middle East when the real war on America has been waged along the Rio Grande.

The trick is to get the people to support impeachment by the House, and conviction and removal by the Senate. I see only two things that will tip the people toward removal.
  1. A great epidemic scare should the illegals unleash one or more plagues upon the populace.
  2. The involuntary quartering of illegals in the homes of citizens. This is not asking for church members to volunteer their homes, but FEMA assigning illegals to homes with "excess capacity".

If either of these happens, all bets are off on impeachment. Gov. Palin will look like a prophetess.

.
Get real — when was the last time that the US declared war on any country?

Not even on Korea.

She also indicated that, while she strongly supports the GOP party platform, the Republican Party itself was in danger of leaving her.

Obama has effectively declared war on the United States of America.

BTW, I said they SHOULD declare war, I didn't say they would.

Sending an invasion of your citizens into a foreign country is an act of war. Mexico is complicit in this as is Obama. Obama is an enemy of the United States. He not only should be impeached, but he should be tried for TREASON.

....”Palin called on Congress to “do its job to halt an imperial presidency” and “halt the fundamental transformation of America.”......

I think if Congress had any intentions of acting they would have done so long before this..they certainly had reason enough to do so.

Palin’s able to speak out because, just as she said, she wanted the freedom to do so without political “ties” preventing her as she endured when running with McCain. Most politicians won't speak out unless they have a large support to do so from the public, and even then they will be so cautious the “crisis” generally passes or there's a larger issue to contend with.

They may even go so far as to tell us what's on the table..but it never gets acted on soon enough to stop or make the difference it needs to.

But this is different...this is ‘a very real invasion of our country’. Their silence speaks volumes they are compliant with what is happening. ...and that is frightening for there's no one in Washington protecting our nation or the people. What's more frightening is every other nation is seeing this now, that we are more than weak, we are flat out down on our knees! I fear then who could take advantage of the position we are in.......and how far they will go.

I also believe this fear is a good fear...for fear brings courage to act. I'm pretty much there.

What’s the chance of trying Obama for treason when the Secretary of State clearly committed treason in wartime, and nobody gives a darn?

Screw that. You go down there. No more American blood for any of the bastards.

Marines on our border is one thing, but not down there.

1812, against Britain. 1846-1848, against Mexico. Against Spain. Then WWI and WWII.
And remember, Pershing and Patton kept busy fighting Mexico.
It’s time to give Mexico some more attention, if only to blow up their railroads.

What’s sad is that Obama cut off our military aid to the Honduran government after the military obeyed orders from their Supreme Court to remove their President who tried to conduct an election that would give him a second term (the “results” of the election were found in his briefcase even though the ballots he had printed up were never used). The Honduran Constitution requires the removal of any President who attempt to get a second term. The guy who rigged those election “results” and wanted to illegally hold his re-election was a communist buddy of Chavez - just like Obama.

So now those people, who have seen what Obama is really about, are going to trust Obama enough to come here at his bidding? They, more than anybody, should know better.

The Honduran Constitution ruled second terms unlawful because they know there is a tendency toward revolution, and that the temptation to be a LONG ruler and become tyrranical is a temptation too strong for leaders there. They’ve figured out that power is intoxicating. So what does Obama do? He throws OUR lawlessness at them. Sheesh.

What Eric Holder et al did with Fast and Furious was war against all these countries.
