I’d say this is the result of a guilty conscience where she knows she has a certain amount of responsibility for the current situation and knows that the Current Occupant is fully deserving of impeachment and conviction thereof. It’s merely another form of psychological projection.

Then why are people like Barletta and Gohmert and Backman and Palin and Barber abd Chaffetz and Jones all wandering around like morons saying, "Golly gee whiz, I think someone ought to impeach Obama?" Enough already. If these people think Obama should be impeached, and Lord knows there are enough causes for impeachment being bandied about, then shut the heck up and do it. File the articles of impeachement and get the process rolling. If all they're going to do is just talk about it when the cameras are focused on them, then I wish they'd just go away and stop wasting out time.

The impeachment and trial of Clinton was a failure and boomeranged against the Republicans in the 1998 Congressional elections. You need 67 votes to convict the President on impeachment charges; this will not happen in 2014 or 2015. The misuse of the IRS against political enemies, the supposed disappearance of the e-mails from IRS officials on this matter, NSA domestic spying and data gathering, failure to enforce laws against illegal immigration, and many other crimes exist, far more than those against Clinton or even Nixon. But it will not happen, and with the sort of leadership the GOP has in both the Senate and the House, there will be no vigorous investigation, even if there is a 52 member Senate majority and a 260 member House majority.

Everyone is being quick to judge this. We haven’t had a senator like Cruz and Lee in a long time. There have been good ones, but not like this. If Cruz has any presidential aspirations, asking for the impeachment and removal of Obama will energize the base to levels not seen in decades.

And the establishment will go along because they will have to. We aren’t talking about a state here or a district there, any establishment Republican who will openly fight against Cruz will not win his primary and will more than likely retire. (McCain) We are talking about millions of Conservatives staying home in 2016. We are talking about a Hillary Clinton or Liawatha victory and a thirty Republican senate.

No. Win the senate and turn Cruz loose. Get behind him, fix the country, tell your lobbyists to lay low till after 2016 and reverse everything that happened over the last 8 years.
