Obummer must have constitutional dyslexia. He thinks he can unilaterally change laws, but he can’t call out the NG.
He is a petulant little child who needs to have his allowance halted until he learns to do his chores. Don’t fund his “plan”.
Yes, a governor can call up his own national guard. But, when it isn’t a federal call up, then the Fed doesn’t pay their costs (pay, benefits, operational costs, etc)...the state pays. That gets expensive very fast.
And, if the president doesn’t like it, then he can call them up and use them as he sees fit instead of as intended by that governor ...(but he pays).

There is no doubt that Perry wants the 2016 GOP node. All actions he will undertake on this border invasion will be political and not to preserve our Republic.

He would indeed walk into the Presidency. However, sorry to disappoint you, but Perry will never take bold and decisive action to defend our Republic against this criminal invasion.
Not withstanding the black-robed tyrants decisions, the States do have the Constitutional right to order of citizen's militias and use the necessary force to completely seal our border from Invasion
This evil illegal invasion by third world anti-American criminals has the sole purpose of destroying our Republic as founded.
If this invasion is not stopped out Republic will be turned into a decaying spanish speaking third world sewer.
