Shoes with President Obama’s face and the campaign slogan “Yes we can” are apparently showing up on the feet of illegal immigrants along the U.S. southern border.

The conservative writer and filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch posted the images on his Facebook page Wednesday. Mr. Lynch said that the pictures were sent to him by U.S. Border Patrol agents.

Those Obama sneakers led them to the right place and those processing centers are really just indoctrination camps where they are told what to say to stay.

I don’t think so. I think this means that people involved with Obama-related organizations are leading them into the US and giving them clothing. The picture and slogan are there so that the illegals know who is helping them: the Obama regime.

Yes, I understand that.

I was simply suggesting that, as the 0bama election high wore off and the tens of millions of 0bama clad wearable’s (left overs) found a buyer.

These Hondurans DID NOT BUY THESE SHOES !!!!!!!!

Somebody bought them for them and shipped them for their journey.

Yes, it is symbolic, but that’s the whole point.

I encourage the Minutemen on the border to create opportunities to put those shoes to the test. It’s not like the police care about doing so anymore.

1. It’s not beyond the realm of possibility. Because it is symbolic.

2. How much would a pair of these shoes cost them, in their own country ?

3. Why would a “refugee” buy a pair of 0bama shoes ?

4. Are 0bama shoes sold in the local stores ?

5.

1. Possible maybe, but seems highly implausible. (Why only 2 immigrants out of tens of thousands given shoes? Makes no sense at all if it is some symbolic gesture)

2. Seeing as they don’t seem like actual brand name shoes, but poorly made knockoffs, probably not much. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that almost every one of the illegals crossed the border wearing modern footwear of similar quality, so I think that shows they can afford shoes.

3. Foreigners have a tendency to buy almost anything that is associated with America? Or maybe they are just a fan of Obama, who is certainly regarded as a celebrity by plenty of foreigners.

4. It’s typical to find all kinds of knockoff “American-style” merchandise for sale, all over the world.

“HOW did they get them?”

The same way all the other illegal immigrants got their shoes, most likely.

“WHO paid for them (...they are poor and have no means).”

Obviously not true, since all their fellow illegals without “Obama shoes” did not come over here barefoot and in rags.

“IF these children are so poor how did they new shoes?”

Parents usually take care of that on behalf of their children, I imagine that is standard practice in more than just our country.

Not sure about them being “knock-offs”.

Heck, I don’t know, maybe they stole them from the Mexican bus drivers while they were napping.

By appearances in the photos I have seen, they are all well dressed.

In our country it is ILLEGAL to ship children out of the country unescorted regardless if they dress them nicely first!

Sneakers last about 2-3 years and if the immigrant is 15-17 he’ll recognize who to listen to for instructions or a vote cast in next election....2016.

“I would venture that it is more than Two.”

Well, I’m not jumping to hysterics over a hunch. If it’s more than two, then there should be more than two pictures.

“Not sure about them being “knock-offs”.”

Here’s the real kind of Nike shoe that was done up with Obama logos during the campaign:

http://content.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,1872383_1872388_1872391,00.html

Even those were custom made alterations, they are not an actual product manufactured by Nike. They seem to be the creation of an artist from Cleveland:

http://www.cleveland.com/whateverhappened/index.ssf/2008/10/painted_sneakers_propel_clevel.html

The shoes these illegals are wearing seem to be inspired by those, but also clearly not the same quality of merchandise.

True, but I would suggest that a typical 15 or 17 year old’s sneakers don’t last that long.

Maybe for girls and boys from N. Korea.

I could be wrong.

"So they were “Given to them because they are without mean? By Who?"

Why do you think that people from Latin America must be given clothing? Are you under the impression that they are normally walking around naked in their native lands?

"By appearances in the photos I have seen, they are all well dressed."

I guess, if you consider t-shirts, jeans, sweatpants, and gym shoes to be "well dressed":

I could put most of those ensembles together for 30 bucks at a dollar store here in the U.S., probably a quarter of that if I purchased the clothes in Mexico.

"In our country it is ILLEGAL to ship children out of the country unescorted regardless if they dress them nicely first!"Sure, but I don't see what that has to do with how a couple of them got these shoes.

A few shoe sightings doesn’t mean much. The kids wearing the shoes might not even know where they came from, much less what they mean. What interests me is how the current flood of “refugees” got underway.

It is possible that some sort of grapevine spread the idea that any child that rushes to America wins the benefits lottery.
Who started it and when? I bet there are fingerprints; too bad “investigative journalists” are extinct.

Free fax??????? You think these congress dirt bags are going to do anything to stop this invasion?

There has been reams of paper dumped on these a$$wipes and all they have accomplished is to pass a law that enabled this invasion.

The American Citizen has used all boxes available to them to get the border secure except for one. IMO the time for that last box is near.

But send you free fax by all means. Number USA could use the money selling your personal info

Yes, I’m sure at the detention facilities, we are providing food, toiletries, clothing, etc to them, but this story is saying these were the shoes these illegals showed up with. So they weren’t given these at the facility.

To: kingattax; All

The purpose of a Border is to keep Illegal Aliens out.

Start with isolating the Illegal Aliens by language barriers by banning teaching and speaking Spanish in Public School, then stop all Government Welfare Payments, and then fine employers $1,000 per day per Illegal Alien.

The ultimate goal is to treat Illegal Alien Invaders who cross from Mexico into the USA, the same way that USA Citizens who invade Mexico are treated today.

This is a practical application of the Democrat’s Fairness Doctrine used in a manner to create a Southern Border for the USA.

Obama started this Southern Border WAR, and We, The People will finish it so that this Illegal Alien Invasion from Mexico into the USA NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!

It is time, - - - - time for a change.

Now you’re talking about what is really important, rather than some silly shoes that a couple of them were wearing.

There have been stories that showed “cheat sheets” were found in the desert, where someone gave the children, in Spanish, the questions they would face from INS and what the “right” answers were to get temporary refugee status. So, someone is orchestrating this and coaching the kids.

This is your best/worst photo? Just so we have clear communication. It is not about the shoes. IT IS ABOUT 90,000 CHILDREN traveling over 1,000 miles without their parents and an INVATION through the children to have the parents moved into the our Country!
This is prostitution of these children. I have no sympathy for the parents, politicians, or any other “do gooder” that would promote the prostitution of these children.

WHO bought the shoes? WHO is promoting this travesty?

No, it’s just a recent photo from that I was able to search up of the detention facilities. If you have some better photo, let’s have a look.

“It is not about the shoes. IT IS ABOUT 90,000 CHILDREN traveling over 1,000 miles without their parents and an INVATION through the children to have the parents moved into the our Country!”

Well, this thread IS about the shoes... you are talking about the shoes and assuming someone bought these shoes as if that is relevant or means anything, so yes, that is about the shoes.

Ok, you keep your focus on shoes (or the ground). You have not answered one of my questions. Even with a new pair of shoes. WHO sends their children thousand of miles without supervision? WHO will tie the kiddies shoe laces? WHO is going to keep them from tripping because they can’t tie their own SHOE laces.

You still (as I do not either) don’t know, WHO bought the SHOES???
