Levin warned that House Speaker John Boehner’s lawsuit, which stands a very good chance of being dismissed by the courts, could wind up emboldening Obama.
“John Boehner says no to impeachment, no to the power of the purse, no to shutting down the government which was shut down 20 times before he was speaker in multiple administrations,” Levin said. “John Boehner attacks conservatives and the Tea Party. Let me tell you something, Sean -- he’s bringing this lawsuit which has a very slim chance of success given standing issues and precedent in courts, and he is playing with fire because if we lose that suit, what is Obama going to say, Sean? Obama is going to say, ‘See that? They take their best shot. They brought a lawsuit. The courts agree with me.’ And off goes the imperial president again. I think John Boehner has been a disastrous Speaker of the House, and this lawsuit idea, which is really out of left field, I think is a mistake.”
As for Palin’s remarks, Levin endorsed them by declaring Palin “stands with the framers.”
“I was just going to say on impeachment, Sarah Palin is right, if we had a functional constitutional republic with a president who violates separation of powers, who thumbs his nose at the court system and says he's going to do more and more of it, she's exactly right,” he added. “This would be an open-and-shut case. She stands with the framers. So, what is Boehner’s answer? What are the Republicans going to do? They’re going to wait for the next election? That doesn't fix it.”

Impeachment is a constitutional matter, not a political one. If there is not sufficient constitutional commitment to bring about impeachment where it is sorely needed, a constitutional crisis exists. Impeachment by the house is its own judgement. The Senate’s trial is another. If there is no historical record of impeachment against this president it will be an indictment of the House for its inability to uphold a constitutional standard.
Valerie Jarrett is the person involved/responsible for the strategy and implementation of this evil scenario. I think she was down in Central America jus before the turmoil started. My thoughts linger to why are/were USA Homeland Security busses in Mexico. That agency should be made to give answers before any more funding from USA taxpayers. I’m beginning to think all Republican controlled agencies/committees are for show with no go.
And that is precisely why impeachment should be brought against Eric Holder FIRST. Then continue to either filibuster any nominee, or impeach any temporary designee, who will not pledge to carry out the laws of the United States Code and uphold the Constitution.
Start by disbarring Holder on the basis of malfeasance of office.
I am afraid that a GOP sweep of Congress in November will embolden Obama to even more bypass the Constitutional process and rule by decree. I fear that Obama in order to hold on to power will like other dictators use the pretext of some trumped up crisis to end civil liberties and free elections before 2016
Lets face it, America is dumb, really dumb. And maybe, just maybe, 5% know what the Framers
are in reference to America.
We are so screwed.
Wait, never mind. They probably don’t know what a house Framer is either.
That is a march I could get behind, immediately. Scorched earth march on all of the ruling class.
It is time.
For the Constitution, for the Republic.
To do this requires the recognition that our government cannot survive the continued onslaught of an Obama presidency. He and all of his fellow travellers must be removed from office immediately.
Obama is a druggie from his youth.
Obama made transport deals with the Mexican and Honduras Drug Cartels to flood the US/Mexico Border with human trafficking (children), and thus allow the Mexican drug Cartels to invade all major cities in the US, with no fear of detection.
Since Speaker Boehner has pledged not to Impeach Obama, Obama is free to do anything he wants to with NO fear of punishment.
Faith-based organizations typically will do anything to help “the Children” and are thus easy targets to enable the Feds to humanely dispose of the Drug Cartels human trafficking.
Since the destruction of America is Obama’s stated goal, all Obama needs now is another blank check from Controller of the Purse, Speaker “Blank Check” Boehner.
