Don't fret. I predict Perry will implode just as he did last time around. At minimum he's going to look every bit the fool he is as he fumbles to explain why he thinks and said Hillary was a "great Secretary of State", when every other GOP candidate will be going after her for her abysmal performance. His stabbing the TEA Party in the back by endorsing Mitch McConnell who has waged war on the TEA Party won't settle well with conservatives either.
The Perry faithful were saying earlier today that it’s a matter of economics. Texas cannot afford to call them up because it would have to pay them. So the invasion continues.
He hasn’t had time to read it in the papers yet, so, yeah, he probably didn’t know. Once it sinks in he will get really mad and get to the bottom of this - and he won’t sleep until he does.
Maybe, on Air Force One, he did not get his latest copy of the New York Slimes, to tell him this. On second thought, the dip sticks at the NYT probably think Texas is suburb of St. Louis, and the Border Patrol is on the southern border of Missouri, to protect us from all those pesky Canadians, who are streaming across our southern border in record numbers. What a bunch of effing idiots.

TEXAS can’t afford to pay them? Can’t Perry find the money somewhere in his budget? If states are going to cite the lack of money as reason for not calling up the Natl Guard during a time of definite need, then what the hell good IS the Natl Guard? Then if it isn’t the Natl Guard, what about the state militia? What’s the going rate for the Natl Guard vs the state militias? Good God Almighty, if it isn’t one excuse it’s another.
They can’t find money to stop the invasion, but they can find it to support the invaders.
I don’t want to venture into Obama’s mind but I could be accused of the same thing as I would think that the Border Patrol is stationed ON the border, not 40 miles from it.

Isn’t that the truth! Anybody that shows the least bit of incentive and position is dubbed a “front runner” for president. Oreally did this last night with Perry. Laura Ingraham had the good sense to sort of say the same thing we are saying.
FYI, in the past 10 years TX has spent $500 MILLION to protect your a$$ without contribution from other states or even a THANK YOU!.
You are just another freeloader from a state that that has contributed more than your fair share to the country's problems!
