In fact, no Arabs were forcibly removed from Israel when it became a state. The ones clamoring to get in now are from surrounding countries which won’t even let them back in themselves.
I wouldn’t “go there” with that kind of reasoning, as given in that article. That’s the kind of stuff that can be used against the USA in demanding that it give land back to Mexico and to the Indians for “brutally taking it away” from them ... LOL ...
That’s just the way it was back then in the Roman days and that’s just how the “cookie crumbles” with the Indians and with Mexico, in regards to the USA. That’s the past ... and we’re dealing with TODAY and not making up for every “perceived wrong” in the history of the world.
The narrative for modern day Israel should effectively start with the Zionist Movement, the Balfour Declaration, the First World War, the League of Nations and it’s Palestine Mandate, along with the United Nations 1947 Partition of Palestine (which the Jews wanted and fought for diligently) and finally with the 1948 war. It’s with all these things that the “legitimacy” for Israel comes about ... and not from the Roman days.
