Obama can’t move money on his own.
Just refuse to reimburse whatever entity he stole the funds from.
But what if he gets the funds approved by handing a cut / kickback over to all involved? There’s tons of ways it could be done. If anyone is robbing the purse it’s this administration.
There are over 300 million people in the U.S. Imagine if every man, woman and child were given 1 million dollars each - we’d all be millionaires - that certainly would stimulate the economy. Instead, they send this kind of money to terrorist organizations.
I hope you do realize that Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants funding to continue for the Palestinian Authority to enable them to maintain civil order and control over the population of Palestinians.
That’s because Israel does not want its troops directly involved and directly controlling the Palestinian population in a military government in this militarily-controlled area of the territories. Israel and Netanyahu wants the Palestinian Authority to be the “face of the government” and not Jewish troops.
Netanyahu has personally lobbied Congress in the past to NOT cut off aid, when previous bills have come up to do this. Israel - itself - does not want this aid to be cut off.

let me clarify, I was attempting to illustrate using this news story that when he can Obama finds the money to fund the things he wants without going to Congress for it as he is now requesting 3+billion to fund his border crisis scheme.
To address your point, doesn’t matter what Israel wants now that the Palis have formed an unity govt with Hamas all funds from us need to stop. Its illegal for us to fund a terrorist org such as Hamas.
With Israel, we should definitely NOT do like Obama does and “tell the Israelis” what they need and what they should do. “THEY” are the ones who know what works and all the “ins and outs” of their country and what it takes to maintain their security. Obama thinks he knows what the Israelis need and should do - and “we” on our side of the fence should not become “alternate Obamas” and tell the Israelis what they should do for their own security needs.
Here’s what we should do with the Israelis and Prime Minister Netanyahu ... “What do you need, how much do you need and how soon do you need it?!” And then let the Israelis and Netanyahu do whatever they think is right for their own security. We should just ask them ... how much do you need - and that’s it - with no conditions!
And besides that, do you really think that Prime Minister Netanyahu who is the darling of the right, of conservatives, and supporters of Israel, along with being the darling of AIPAC and of pretty much all of Congress on “both sides of the aisle” — that anyone is going to tell Prime Minister Netanyahu that he’s wrong on how he thinks Israel’s security should be protected?!
If you think so, then you’re out of touch with the massive support that Israel and Netanyahu has in the United States ... :-) ...
Are you sure about that, now that the PA has unified with Hamas? Israel sometimes uses economic sanctions against the Palestinian Arabs, for example, when they sought recognition as a state in the UN.

I suspect there is a correlation between the reason that Obama keeps asking for more money all the time with no one knowing where it truly goes and a fatcat Congress that keeps bowing to his will and doing nothing to stop him. I became even more suspicious when the GOP started attacking the Tea Party recently when they had been their main supporters all along. I suspect treason of the order that would have got them hung in 1776 if it were found out they had been receiving payoffs or perks (bribes)...
