Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms,” NBPC’s Local 2455 Spokesman, Hector Garza, told Breitbart Texas.

The illegals are getting better treatment than US citizens, I bet the illegals didn’t have to get scanned.
TSA officials needed to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No Nazi got away with “I was just doing what my superior officers ordered” defense.
I DO have a problem with this, because that could be my daughter or son on that flight.
This has been going on for years. As a Border Patrol Agent I was detailed to the San Francisco Airport to provide additional security at the international terminal during the fist Gulf War.
Every day 25 to 50 middle eastern males would disembark from aircraft from around the world. They would have neither passports, visas or any form of ID. This was happening at every international airport in the US.
They had boarded the plane using their actual passports which contained counterfeit US visas which they destroyed (in flight) so as not to be prosecuted for visa fraud which was unlikely anyway.
We had no idea who they were or where they were from. We were instructed to fingerprint them and(using whatever name and address they wanted to give)issue them a form for a "Deferred Inspection".
We then walked them to the door where they continued their US travels.
We asked ourselves daily "Why the F@^$ are we even here".
Glad I retired two years ago.
It does, now they are here without getting their feet wet. Just go to the airport an on to America. Everything is free, the government will send you money an give u free health care for life, just vote democrat.

Steve Stockman has filed a resolution calling for the arrest of Lois Lerner for contempt of Congress.
My understanding is that if this resolution passes the House, Boehner has no choice but to implement it.
It feels good to jaw about things here, and wallow in how bad things are (I think we all appreciate being with others who recognize what’s going on, so we commiserate together, and I’m not pointing fingers specifically at anybody but rather kind of at all of us, myself included).But this is a call to action. If we really want the lawlessness to stop, then we need to do what it takes to FORCE arrests when this “selective enforcement” happens. Right now John Boehner is doing “selective enforcement” to make sure that Lois Lerner laughs all the way to the bank over the wimpy attempts of Congress to make the rule of law matter.
We can wipe that smile right off Lerner’s face - and right off of BOEHNER’s face - as well as anybody else who may be subpoenaed to testify or provide records for House investigations of Benghazi, NSA-gate, IRS-gate, Extortion 17, Fast & Furious, Bergdahl-gate, Boston Marathon-gate, etc - if we just have the determination and foresight to storm the House’s phone lines, demanding this resolution be passed.
Let’s do it, guys! Let’s not just b!tch. Let’s tell DC we’re sick of the play-games!

It is already easier for a Mexican National in the country illegally to get a driver’s license. At least in Illinois. The easily forged Matricula Consular card counts as up to three kinds of ID. Whereas a citizen needs more proof.
