It looks like osteoarthritis in his right knee. Note the right foot rotated outward and stiff right leg. I know I have the same problem and walk like this when my knee flares up.

Maybe he’s just trying to drop a loaf! I’ve visited South Korea and the “children” often walk like that when they are trying to shake one out.

He’s certainly fat, but he has some kind of injury to his right leg or foot that is the main problem for him.

Looks like foot necropolis from Diabetes. My brother in law walks the same way. Notice he’s the only fatty fat fatty in the video. Pretty soon he will be rolling along in a wheelchair with no feet.

Looks like a limp from an injury to his right leg. As others have said maybe knee or ankle. It also could be right hip related. I wonder if he got thrown when he was out horse riding.
