My wife is a former school nurse and had a single LEGAL immigrant student from Bosnia in her school who was suspected as having TB. The entire school had to take TB tests and several students were placed on anti-TB medications as a precaution. This was in a large school district with full time school nurses. Imagine having this happening in a small school district without any on site health care resources or many of these illegal kids with unknown health histories being dumped into your kid’s school.

In the 70s and 80s I worked for a petroleum-related corporation that did business with Saudi Arabia. I was in Saudi as a contract negotiator. A completely unrelated division of the same corporation was in Saudi negotiating some other contract. I knew NOTHING of their product but I was asked to attend a meeting as an ‘expert’. I explained that I knew NOTHING of their product. They said, “OK, that is not a problem. When we get in the meeting someone in our delegation will answer all of the customers’ questions. You just nod in agreement. After all, an ‘expert’ is someone who the customer has never seen before.” LOL
I wonder if these so-called ‘experts’ are of the same caliber as I was! ;-)

This early Am on Fox they reported that congressmen finally was admitted to one of the ‘camps’. The rooms had peg boards up with stickers for each disease and the number of kids with that disease.
They may be able to ‘cure’ many of the kids, but how many will be sent on via airplane who are mere carriers?
An expert can be defined as, “someone who has carefully selected data to back up his every ill conceived conclusion.”
