I have to believe he entered illegally or just decided to overstay a visa. Since he states that his passport has no stamps, maybe he joined the Muzzies crossing the Rio Grande!
They just changed the rules, allowing me to renew every six months, and stay up to 36 months. Then, I MUST leave the country (even for 1 day) and return and start the process over again. They are happy to have our money being spent here, but we are not supposed to take from them.
Those of us that have chosen to be here are happy to abide by the rules.
"But each flight is a gamble," he concedes. "My passport lacks a visa. If TSA agents discover this, they can contact CBP, which, in turn, can detain me."
Eleven million? Really? How many years have they been saying 11-12 million and the hordes keep coming in? It’s got to be at least 20 million and growing by now!
And THAT, dear FRiend, is the sum total of all immigration.
As a rule, you are allowed to drive using your home-country driver's license. So unless you never had a driver's license, you have a driver's license.
All the talk about illegals needing driver's licenses is just ear-wash.
“Ive been the most privileged undocumented immigrant in the country.”
No, that would be a guy named Barry Soetaro.
I thought he said he was not going down to the border, because it would only be seen as a photo op!
I think it is funny at he feels stuck in S. Texas with BP at both the airport and highway checkpoints. If he wants to take his chances he could charter a plane, but that is pretty obvious and a lot of pilots won't risk their tickets.
I have only two word too say about this guy...publicity whore.
“”Vargas said he has not had problems at airports because of his celebrity, “”
I would love to meet the TSA person who would know him from Adam! Maybe he hasn’t had any problems getting through security but what’s the real reason? When old ladies are frisked and babies in strollers are searched - you’re kidding me!
“”The lesson Vargas feels Americans should take away from his situation is that the border is secure, despite the crisis caused by tens of thousands of Central Americans now entering the United States. “#BORDERISSECURE Wish I could scream that out loud””
What an imbecile!!
Yeah, when I lived in Japan, you had to have an ALIEN IDENTIFICATION CARD *GASP* and the police would PUT YOU IN JAIL if you didn’t have it.
“”My passport lacks a visa. If TSA agents discover this, they can contact CBP, which, in turn, can detain me.””
Technically, I guess. But as long as he lets the TSA types feel him up, he doesn’t have to worry. They don’t have enough brains to look for a visa.
