Online rants, anti-government radicals fuel fear of U.S. cop killings

The celebrating began before the coroner could collect the bodies of Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo, the Las Vegas patrol officers ambushed and executed while eating at a pizzeria last month.

“The good news is, there are two less police in the world,” read an entry on the Facebook page for CopBlock.org.

The post was visible for less than a day, but it attracted at least 6,300 likes and comments by the time the page’s administrators removed it.

Jerad Miller — who along with his wife, Amanda, gunned down the Vegas police officers before dying during a shootout with police — was one of Cop Block’s 780,000-plus Facebook fans.

The decentralized advocacy group says it disavows violence while spreading a belief that “badges don’t grant extra rights.”

But the Millers, described by investigators as anti-government extremists, had a deadly animosity for authority.

Such shameless bravado — online and off — and an exploding right-wing movement are creating anxiety about attacks against police.

“There's a deep concern that there has been a measurable increase in violence against police officers, especially with firearms,” said Rich Roberts, spokesman for the International Union of Police Associations. The anti-police movement “seems to feed off each other online,” he said.

Last week the SPLC issued a report warning law enforcement about the increasingly hostile anti-government movement, which it estimates has grown from 150 groups in 2008 to nearly 1,100 last year.

The economic crisis, proposed gun control, Barack Obama’s election, NSA spying and the militarization of police among other issues have spurred the resurgence, the watchdog organization said.

Same old performers, same old song and dance. Apparently leftist pot-smokers, certified psychotics, and inner-city thugs are now "right-wing terrorists."

Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo (Vegas scum-bags)

They had acted as cop informants TWO TIMES in just the past year.

Not cops, not nooooot quite non-cops, either.

They don't want you reading about that.

They also don't want you knowing that they were OWS --did they inform THEN, also..?

I'm certainly no fan of OWS, but that's for you to decide.

Funny, I don't recall SPLC ever issuing a warning that it's own violent extremist groupies might go shoot up Conservative organizations.

Like the Family Research Council.

They should add “And cops killing dogs and trampling on peoples’ rights.”

They also had been members of OWS, Occupy Wall Street.

Very interesting, the way this pair somehow always got really involved whenever there was some populist movement.

Now I’m not a fan of all or even most populist movements, but very few OWS people are also Tea-Partiers —mostly that is oil and water.

So I think it’s interesting also that they had acted as police informants while ALSO maintaining an involvement in both OWS stuff and also Tea Party stuff.

Eh….no fire but I’d say there is some smoke billowing, right there.

When the US Government uses "Law" to implement full tyranny, just WHO do you think the front-line enforcers of said law will be?

It will be the local cops...with all their SWAT gear and Fed funding.

IIRC, Bundy kicked the Millers off of his land for being violent nuts.

Yes, you are exactly correct, that was my HUGE MISTAKE, and I retract that completely --a terrible mistake.

Thank you.

I had meant to refer to the Millers, the two wayward scum-bags who had a long and mysterious involvement with the LV law enforcement.

Cops that support The Constitution and The People have absolutely nothing to worry about. I suspect the 0 administration set this fire and is fanning the flames to create a divide between We The People and the law enforcement community in order to prevent solidarity...

A lot of this Animosity displayed toward Law Enforcement is caused by Law Enforcement Agencies themselves. When they can go out and Kill a Family Pet and Without as much as an Apology to the Owner of the Pet,Claim they were authorized to kill the animal because it was a “Danger”to an Officer.

Then We have the Militarization of these Same Agencies.Equipping them with Military Grade equipment and then using that equipment on Raids,Breaking into homes and murdering people under the guise of Authority.

Yea Law Enforcement is Breeding these anti-Law Enforcement Anti-Authority groups daily.

They Shouldn’t be surprised when their actions come back and bite them in the A$$.

It’s not related but:

Elohim City’s FOUNDER had been working for the FBI from the start. Was he a GENUINE kook? Yes, it really appears so, but somehow that did not prevent him from acting in this other capacity, also.

Andreas Strassmeir, the “Chief of Security” of Ehohim City was on loan from the German Army to the FBI —where he has now gone no one really knows, but he is /was the son of a prominent member of the German Parliament.

Tim McVeigh repeatedly told his sister he worked for Da Gummint and his last personal training regimen in the US Army had him trying to get into SF —did he qualify for any sensitive, related programs?

The founder of Abu Sayeef under interrogation by the Phillipines police said they repeatedly met with “The Farmer”, a former US soldier and farmer. That is a pretty good description of **Terry Nichols**, who prior to his last weird trip to the Phillipines stashed money for his wife, telling her he might never come back…

Did you know that on Nichols last return flight to the US Phillipine police caught him trying to secret bomb components onto the plane? This was pre 9-11, and immediately pre-Bojinka.

THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMMMMMM….

Are you totally SURE the LV kooks were exactly what they were made out to be…?

Probably, yes. But if you answered RIGHT AWAY then you have not been paying attention and my guess is that YOU HAVE.

The only threat to our country from within our country are those unexplained millions or billions of rounds of ammo that Zero and his cadre bought and stockpiled — where? I suspect piles of weapons and ammo were sent directly to mosques and to “community organizers” around the country. Thanks Slings and Arrows.

When the revolution comes, cops will be given the option of doing what is right or being tools for the lawless Left. The ones who “follow orders” and murder their fellow citizens shouldn’t complain when they reap what they sow.
