Conservatives who believe they can win a substantial pct. of the black vote are just as deluded as the blacks who thought Obama would be their Santa Claus. I don’t even think Republicans running a black candidate like Ben Carson for president would get them more than 10-15% of the black vote. Persuading blacks that conservatism is good for them is a futile quest.
