The Church has completely missed the target here. Their target should be 0bama and his illegal actions luring these helpless people to the USA.

Then Toribio is not a saint.
He has a partial point. They are children, who should be welcomed, gathered up, deloused, fed and cared for until they are returned to their native countries.
The best technique to do this is fly them home on chartered large aircraft, about 500 at a time. Much more cost effective.
