MILWAUKEE — Children are crossing the border into the United States by the thousands to escape violence in South America. It has been happening since October, and Wisconsin is being called on to help shelter some of them. If and when that will happen is still up in the air.
The federal government has given notice to a Milwaukee agency, Catholic Charities, that it may be called upon to help shelter hundreds of children in the Milwaukee area.
In the Milwaukee area, Catholic Charities is waiting for word from the federal government on if and when the agency will house children.
It has already identified two schools and an office building that could be used for shelters.

Why is it ok with liberals for Catholic Charities to be involved with resettling these illegal alien kids, but NOT okay with liberals for Catholic Charities to be in the adoption business? Catholic Charities has been forced out of the adoption business in some states, due to opposition to homosexual marriage.
So, since Catholic Charities is not liberal enough on the issue of homosexual adoptions, why are they not considered a completely worthless organization, per liberals own criteria?????

Hey Myra! Do you have any evidence of the "violence in South America"? The South Americans don't seem to be familiar with the "violence" occurring there. I haven't seen anything on the "news" about it. The powder blue helmets from the UN haven't swung into action. You may want to stop reading your own articles.

I’m about to ruin your “local news” watching. The system they use is called “Ping-Pong” where “Ken” says something then looks over at “Barbie” and lets her take over. Then she’ll say something and look at him and he’ll take over. Their heads are constantly turning like Linda Blair in THE EXORCIST. If drives me nuts.
