Government schools ruined the cities. When kids were made to go to their local school and parents lost their ability to choose a school for their kids, then the middle class left. The rich stayed because they could afford private schools. The poor stayed because they were stuck. This “documentary” mentioned that there were 61 arrests and 6 brawls in one day in the profiled high school that was 60 percent black. Much of this violence black on white and is racially motivated . It is the elephant in the living room that The Corrupt Liberal Media refuses to see.
