TALLAHASSEE RPOF Chairman Leslie Dougher today released the attached Deed document and asked the following questions of Charlie Crist:
Chairman Dougher said, We have found a document showing that Charlie Crist was part of the sale of a home with Carole Crist in Fisher Island. This document raises some serious questions for Charlie:
· Why was this home never reported before on Charlie Crists financial disclosure paperwork?
· Why was the sale of this home never reported on his income taxes?
· Was Charlie part owner of this home to help establish a homestead exemption in Florida?
The people of Florida deserve answers to these serious questions. Tomorrow is exactly one month to the day since Governor Scott challenged Charlie Crist to release the income taxes of both he and his wife. Charlie has ignored this call for transparency, even after several other previous gubernatorial candidates have kept this tradition of transparency for years. The discovery of Charlies name on the sale of a home with Carole Crist only adds more urgency to Charlies need to be transparent with Florida voters. At 30 days and counting, we await his response. Tick tock.

I’ve read Charlie’s bio. I expected something impressive but all I found was a sleazy politician.
He went to law school at Cumberland. Nothing against the school but I’ve got friends that went there and it was pretty easy to get into when Charlie was there. Most that went there had trouble getting into other law schools. I know people with little better than a “C” average that went there.
Most of his jobs when not running for office were with his brother-in-law’s law firm.
Nothing impressive about the sleazebag.
Not reporting the sale of his house may be quite legitimate. If he took the proceeds of the sale and used that as a down payment on another house then no income would be generated and there would be no need to report the sale. More knowledgeable Freepers, feel free to correct me if I am wrong. The other two questions may be a lot more dangerous to him.
