JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD - House Rep. Denny Heck, D-Olympia, spent time Wednesday talking to many local leaders trying to calm their concern as thousands of immigrant children potentially head to the Pacific Northwest, many to JBLM.
The federal government is considering a plan to house undocumented kids up to the age of 18 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. But there is a lot of that concern coming from the community just outside the JBLM gates.

the cynicism and the absolute swiftness with which this administration is planning to use the US military bases as refugee camps and our personnel as babysitters personal attendants and guards for juvie gangbanger-wannabes and feral children and teens who have been dumped - some for years and some just now - by their so-called parents!!!!
Sticking it to our military.
The Tea Party tried to tell DC that American Voters don’t want Amnesty.
Now both Parties are going to feel America’s Wrath
More invading children from the tropics,
for Mother Winter to claim!
For your Washington state ping list.
If these foreign trespassers are so benign, why are NONE of them being shipped to DC?
I don’t know why they are worries over there. They are bleeding heart liberals and this is right up their alley.
So what will they do with them on their 19th birthday?
Reliable sources in both Tacoma and Olympia Tea Party groups have validated that there are at least 1200 illegals already there in a secured area.
I am not too worried about the diseases these kids may have, I would think by now they would be scabies and lice free. I am concerned about TB, and I hope they are isolated far away from here. I am concerned about bringing in gangs, because I suspect these “kids” are gang members trying to get into the US drug market. I also do not want to pay for their education, medical, and housing. I have had it. This country is going so far down the drain with this god awful president, that I just don’t care about following the law anymore. For example: a cop the other day tried to flag me down for speeding. I ignored him.He already had another person pulled over the side of the road, so he really could not give chase. I avoided a speeding ticket. Win win for me. If our govt cannot follow the law, why should I?
I don't give them a chance to pull me over...
It made me feel like Walter White in Breaking Bad. Kind of exhilarating.
... If our govt cannot follow the law, why should I? ...
Scary, but I get your point. We are living in dangerous times thanks to the White Hut.
Works for me too. I can't dare let them catch me driving without insurance, hood on car, rear-view mirror, tread on tires, muffler, etc.
I wonder how Inslee’’s state income tax will fare in the legislature with the prospect of using it to pay for the care of illegals.
