Hillary Clinton: I May Not Run For Potus Because Job Too Difficult
Breitbart ^ | 7/18/2014 | Tony Lee

Posted on 07/18/2014 1:59:18 PM PDT by bkopto

Hillary Clinton said she may not run for president because the modern American presidency may just be too tough of a job.

Acknowledging to PBS's Charlie Rose that America's president must be both the head of state and government, Clinton said the job of being president "has only gotten harder" and it is now an "all-consuming commitment."

She said the president has to do "all of the symbolic and ritualistic aspects" of the job in addition to the "hard work of politicking, lobbying, governing, operating." She said that the "job has gotten more difficult" because all those roles, including dealing with Congress to pass legislation, are "all in one person."

"You've got to get the money from the Congress to really improve what you're doing, personnel policies, and all the rest," Clinton said. "So the job is as challenging as it's always been, but I would say almost to a degree of amplification that's hard to imagine."

Clinton said the presidency has gotten "bigger and even more difficult" in the modern media environment and added that she knew "so much about the job and how hard it is."

Well, maybe if the government was restricted to its original Constitutional limitations, the job of President wouldn’t be IMPOSSIBLE.

I can see where being responsible for every minor aspect of everybody’s life and managing society would be a bit challenging.

The GOP will find many ways to pull defeat out of the jaws of victory.

The only sane group IMO is the Tea party-types.

So the question is can the Tea Party-type candidate have enough influence to prevail in 2016?

Who's out there besides Cruz and Paul?

Sounds like she does not play golf... and has no desire to travel for campaign funds to cover her agenda.

Too Difficult?

Not for someone who doesn’t have brain damage. Like Hillary.

Hillary does not have brain damage. She said so. So how can it be too difficult for someone like her who doesn’t have brain damage?

She’ll probably raise more money and then drop out and keep as much of the money as possible.

She’s also a congenital liar. Everything she says is a lie.

Err, isn't this what the Vice-President should do if he's not too big a doofus?

Gee, I thought the primary responsibilities of the Office were as per the Oath, not shaking down Congress for $$$ ....

What a whiny incompetent. What has she ever accomplished except somehow killing Vince Foster, losing billing records for years, losing $6,000,000,000.00 while secretary of state (according to the IG) and harassing women who her “husband” diddled? Maybe if she weren’t an alcoholic and grossly obese she could handle it.

Sounds like her end game will be that Bill and her can get the job done due to their dual experience.

If she runs and wins, she’ll have a tougher time maintaining residences separate from her “spouse”. Which means she’ll have the horn dog around most of the time, except of course when he’s working on a little on the side.

That’d be enough to drive a woman to drink - oh, wait, we’ve already arrived there.
