Ron Paul: If MH17 Missile Was Russian, So What? ISIS Has U.S. Weapons

While both the Ukrainian and Russian governments continue to point fingers at one another for the MH17 crash, former Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) urged caution Friday against jumping to any conclusions about where blame lies.

Some American pundits accuse Vladimir Putin of having “blood on his hands” since the missile that took down the Malaysia Airlines flight may have been a Russian weapon given to pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine.

Speaking with Newsmax TV’s John Bachman earlier today, Paul said “Putin is a little bit smarter than that. I don’t think he would ever come close to participating in an act like this.”

“At the same time, there have been these new sanctions from the White House,” Bachman replied. “And there have been a lot of fingers pointed in Putin’s direction for not directly being involved but being complicit with the fact that some of these weapons — he might turn his back to it — but they’re Russian weapons.”

Paul’s response: “That may well be true, but guess what? ISIS has a lot of American weapons. We send weapons into Syria to help the rebels and if al Qaeda ends up getting it, it doesn’t mean our American government and Obama deliberately wanted ISIS to get American weapons.”

Obama has set a raging fire from Pakistan to Tunisia and we’re supposed to worry about a domestic dispute by two marginally different brands of Russians.

Meanwhile our borders are wide open and both Russians and Iranians are turning up all over south and central America.

Our problems are a lot closer to home and anybody who wants to district us with the red on red violence of eastern Europe is willfully helping Obama or too damn stupid to know better.

Suppose there was a black box with a red button on it. If that button could be pushed and all White Christians would immediately die, I would rather have Putin holding it than Obama.

“Citizens Committee on Benghazi claims the US government allowed arms to flow to al-Qaeda-linked militants who opposed Muammar Gaddafi. Their rise to power, the group says, led to the Benghazi attack in 2012. The group claims the strongman Gaddafi offered to abdicate his presidency, but the US refused to broker his peaceful exit. The commission, part of the center-right Accuracy In Media group, concluded that the Benghazi attack was a failed kidnapping plot. US Ambassador Chris Stevens was to be captured and traded for ‘blind sheikh’ Omar Abdel-Rahman, who hatched the 1993 WTC bombing plot.

The Citizens Commission on Benghazi, a self-selected group of former top military officers, CIA insiders and think-tankers, declared Tuesday in Washington that a seven-month review of the deadly 2012 terrorist attack has determined that it could have been prevented – if the U.S. hadn’t been helping to arm al-Qaeda militias throughout Libya a year earlier.

‘The United States switched sides in the war on terror with what we did in Libya, knowingly facilitating the provision of weapons to known al-Qaeda militias and figures,’ Clare Lopez, a member of the commission and a former CIA officer, told MailOnline.”

Putin can wipe out our entire civilization in minutes with nuclear weapons, but some drooling imbeciles would rather shiver in fear of stupid cave-dwelling haji ragheads.

Obama’s first reaction was muted because HE KNOWS something just like this is in store for the USA, right here at home.

HE knows what he gave the enemy.

Hell, he probably even knows the person who will give the order, he might even know the attack timing, etc.

Sarah said it best —WE are his “battered wife” and we have been BAD.

There is a ***REASON*** for his “Post-MH17 Jokey Speech”.

THINK ABOUT IT.

I’m thinking some of that ‘missing’ Mexican nuclear material has found a way across the border along with those headlice.

Detonation + martial law = King Obama

Yeah, that Kadaffy guy who killed dozens of innocent American civilians, he was on our side. He was one of the “good muslims.”

“But I also want to know WHY Ukrainian air traffic control signed off on diverting that plane over rebel territory when they KNEW that this weaponry was in the hands of the separatists. The separatists are the murderers here, but Ukrainian air traffic control signed these people’s death warrant.”

If this were Gaza and Israel shot down the plane, the answer would be simple - they died martyrs in the cause of making Israel look bad. Maybe something like that is at work here - but we’ll likely never know.

And that justifies arming Al Qaeda, why? We could have just... not armed them.

Nobody should be giving weapons to crazy terror groups anywhere in the world for whatever purpose.

Too soon to assert that, but I demand an explanation by Ukraine as to why this plane was sent over an area where their military planes had been shot down just days before.

We didn’t arm al-qaeda. We didn’t have to because we bombed Libya to bits.
