That’s the fad today when it comes to this new “fundamentally transformed” country. Now you can be tried and convicted of a crime when they government says so, and apparently even killed on the spot when the government says so for whatever reason they say so.
Maybe the NSA needs to look into who you REALLY are, in the interests of "precrime", of course...
