Santa Barbara, CA.-Santa Barbara police are investigating a particularly disturbing sexual assault case involving two local men -- who are cousins -- and a homeless woman.
Police spokesman Sergeant Riley Harwood told NewsChannel 3 that 30-year-old Juan Carlos Herrera Romero and 26-year-old Gabino Andres Grande Romero raped a homeless woman early Wednesday morning on East Beach in Santa Barbara.

I wouldn’t mind seeing the judges and court-appointed lawyers be taken on the boat ride with them.
Lawyers and judges have a “blank check” from the taxpayers to pretty much spend whatever they want. They’ll force appeal after appeal to keep everything in court all at the expense of taxpayers. They are milking the taxpayers defending this trash.

LOS ANGELES (May 6, 2014) Californias plan to offer drivers licenses to immigrants in the country illegally has hit a major snag, with the Obama administration informing state officials that the licenses they had designed violated federal law, California officials said Tuesday.
The problem: The proposed design makes the special licenses for immigrants look too much like regular drivers licenses.
