Elizabeth Warren's 11 Commandments of Progressivism
National Journal ^ | 18July 2014 | Emma Roller

Watch Elizabeth Warren give a speech to her fold, and you realize she's one of the rare Democrats who can excite her base in the same way Ted Cruz or Dr. Ben Carson can excite their own. As Politico's Katie Glueck wrote on Friday, liberals' minds may be with Hillary Clinton, but their hearts lie with Warren.

Speaking on Friday at Netroots Nation, a convention for liberal bloggers and activists, Warren got the crowd more fired up than Vice President Joe Biden was able to do the day before. (To be fair, the crowd was in a solemn mood at the time in reaction to the news of the Malaysian passenger plane crash). In her speech, Warren outlined more clearly than other Democrats the social issues that galvanize progressives. Her performance was reminiscent of a certain other young senator in 2008.

"What are our values?" Warren asked the audience, some of whom held up "Run Liz Run" signs. "What does it mean to be a progressive?"

And the main tenet of conservatives' philosophy, according to Warren? "I got mine. The rest of you are on your own."

Liberal think: If you want to spend your own money, you are greedy. If you want to spend other people's money you are compassionate.

Expensive, I believe.

- "We believe that Wall Street needs stronger rules and tougher enforcement, and we're willing to fight for it."

- "We believe in science, and that means that we have a responsibility to protect this Earth."

- "We believe that the Internet shouldn't be rigged to benefit big corporations, and that means real net neutrality."

- "We believe that no one should work full-time and still live in poverty, and that means raising the minimum wage."

- "We believe that fast-food workers deserve a livable wage, and that means that when they take to the picket line, we are proud to fight alongside them."

- "We believe that students are entitled to get an education without being crushed by debt."

- "We believe that after a lifetime of work, people are entitled to retire with dignity, and that means protecting Social Security, Medicare, and pensions."

- "We believe—I can't believe I have to say this in 2014—we believe in equal pay for equal work."

- "We believe that equal means equal, and that's true in marriage, it's true in the workplace, it's true in all of America."

- "We believe that immigration has made this country strong and vibrant, and that means reform."

- "And we believe that corporations are not people, that women have a right to their bodies. We will overturn Hobby Lobby and we will fight for it. We will fight for it!"

I think Warren's biggest electoral vulnerability is her own damning words, in which she publicly claims to have created the looney, juvenile, business destroying, socially disruptive, disease-laded, out of control, intellectually bankrupt, philosophically incoherent, America-hating, unsanitary, disgusting, left-wing extremist temper-tantrum movement Occupy Wall Street:

“I created much of the intellectual foundation for what they do,” she says. “I support what they do.”

Conservatives need to endlessly tie her to Occupy Wall Street, recapping the horrific images of its appalling behavior:

This women could be our next president that’s scary.

As this thread proves, even Freepers can easily expose the lies, hypocrisy, and false and foolish philosophies of each of these tenants.

Pray that God sends us a wise and godly person to lead this nation to expose the lefts final hopes for this country. A world where the government is in complete control of every person, state, business, church, organization, word, thought and action. Where there are no boundaries except deemed by the government and all immoral actions are acceptable; any criticism is called a hate crime. Where God is called a myth or worshipped as a god who accepts all sins and all religions. Where the constitution and traditions of our country are changed to meaningless words or outlawed all together.

The right person will bravely stand against the left, the media, and both parties and respond in truth. That person won't be afraid to call out the aliniski tactics used by the left (explaining to the nonpolitical aliniski rules for radicals) and remind people that people who depend on the government will be slaves of the government. They will tell the truth about the debt; we are not 17 trillion in debt, but over 117 trillion because of unfunded mandates (explaining what that means). Young people need to know this will be Their debt and that this is what the tea party is about, their future, as well as other issues. That person will take apart every deception forced on this nation.

With Gods help this country will be turned around.

Elizabeth Warren's Eleven Commandments of Progressivism, nomenklatura version translated for administrative application

- we believe in further government control of the capital markets, already made dysfunctional from over-regulation and the machinations of Progressive Wilson's Federal Reserve;

- we believe in using fraudulent science to effect worldwide wealth distribution from democracies to our favored nations: totalitarian societies, theocracies and dictatorships;

- we believe in state control of the Internet and the prohibition of free speech, except as such speech supports state control of society and is authorized in advance by us;

- we believe that low-wage earners should be forced out of their jobs and into government welfare programs, so that they can become dependent upon these programs and thus likely to support and vote for greater government control over the economy;

- we believe in telling fast-food workers that they should be paid more than they are worth so that they will lose their jobs, go on government welfare programs and support big government. This was repetitive of the previous commandment, because it is a shout-out to a potential protected class whom we are trying to turn out to vote;

- we believe in free college socialist indoctrination, funded by the middle class;

- we believe in pretending that we support the interests of senior citizens, while subtly weakening health and pension benefits by under-reporting inflation, degrading health care service levels and secretly planning adjustments (age of entitlement, etc.) to be implemented when we have full control;

- we believe in telling employes that they are being paid too little, so that they will further support government control of the economy;

- we believe in equal outcomes and equal misery, but not in equal opportunity. Enhanced privileges will be reserved for socialists (please use the word "progressive" when in the company of the masses):

- we believe that priority should be given to immigrants who have a desire to seek public assistance, a willingness to break laws and have no skills, so that these immigrants can form a reliable voting base to support socialist policies; and

- we believe in telling women that they have a right to kill their babies.

I will give them credit for this, at least they are up front, vocal and specific about what they “believe” in.

Trying to get most repubs to stand up and speak out forcefully and in specific terms about CONSERVATISM, FREE MARKETS, LIBERTY and AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM, is like trying to find (fill in the blank)

The last one was Newt with The Contract FOR America.
