The White House says it’s not worried about a possible retirement by Ruth Bader Ginsburg or any other Supreme Court justice.

Speculation on the high court’s next vacancy has centered on the 81-year-old Ginsburg, who has had health problems.

Some on the left have openly worried it could be tough for the Obama administration to fill a vacancy, especially if the GOP wins back the Senate this fall.

BS

Lindsey Graham and his cohorts would vote FOR anyone Obama wanted to nominate.

Well, if they say they aren’t worried, then you know they are.

True. Add to that that SCOTUS judges are really trolls and live 100+ years and, well, for the first time ever I’m with the ODimwit WH on this one.

I’m more worried that we lose a conservative justice during Obama’s term. Then we’re really up a creek.

The GOP rubber-stamped the ACLU Ginsberg appointement. They won’t do anything with Obama’s next appointement.

Just appoint a new Justice via Executive Order.

Problem solved.

Should Ginsberg retire BEFORE odumbo is out, he will certainly pick another demodummie supporter, as his record has shown. As for the Rhinos, forget about the elections, they’ll still confirm who he picks.

Even if (big IF) the gop-e takes the senate, the hildebeast will just foist some lib/prog/socialist/commie upon us once she’s (s)elected. CONfirmation hearings? They’ll probably just bypass those to please the 2nd (and smartest woman in the world) female (p)resident. After all, she probably still has keys to the WH.

In that the WH lies as much as do Afghans, which is about everything, even if there is no reason to lie, they are probably shaking in their boots to replace as many SCOTUS justices as possible with young, radical fanatics.

I strongly suspect that the reason Ginsburg hasn’t resigned is because she wants her chair to be a “Jewish” chair, and she knows that Obama would replace her with some imbecile like Thurgood Marshall or Al Sharpton. Quite possibly a viciously antisemitic and anti-Israel Muslim.

I can’t quite blame her for that.

I also believe that in spite of her political leanings, she’s still perceptive enough to see what 0bama is doing to this place. She won’t say anything, but she’s not going to help 0bama ruin the nation.

I hope.

Oh, sure.

I wonder if the authors know how many Republicans voted against Ginsburg in the first place?

(hint - only one hand needed, and you could have sustained a cherry bomb accident first).

Nope. And if there is a vacancy and the GOPe holds the Senate ODimwit can just wait it out until Hildabeast is POTUS and the Dims have 60 Senate seats.

Given his track record of selecting 2 of the least qualified candidates in the history of the court, I am sure O. will once again disappoint.
