John f’ing Skerry (kindly remember he suffered for all of us in Viet Nam) was completely incompetent then and still is. Were it not for $$$, he would not be where he is.
When Killary was SOS, Skerry wanted the job so bad he could taste it. He got his wish. And has shown nothing but stupidity since.
