Good morning to everyone at the Canteen. We hit 93º yesterday after a few days of low 80s. Looks like summer is here again.

Morning Beachie! It was a good weekend, son and I spent the day at the beach. Perfect wind for flying kites. The kites have two lines so you can make them dive and rise at will, it’s a blast. We came home that night and spent the rest of the time just hanging out. He left yesterday. OK, it was a great weekend, how was yours?

(Sneaking in for a quick hello. I’m trying to get out for a walk before it gets too hot. And got reports to work on this morning)

WoW the kite day sounds nice. I think I know what the kites look like that you are talking about. Glad you two had a good time together.

My weekend was busy as usual; lots of running the roads. Hubby did do some grilling for us, which gives me a break from figuring out what to fix for dinner.

Anyhoo, gotta run. Hope your Monday is marvelicious!

All is going well here in Oklahoma except that it's forecast to be hot the next few days.

I went ahead and did the week's grass cutting work. Yesterday and Saturday were as nice as it's gonna get.

Not looking forward to this miserable hot weather at all. :-(
