You can't contain it. You have to actively fight it and the only reason any of this is going on is because the Michigan GOP is fighting it. I just wish other states would quit kicking the can down the road about their cities.

Few of the netroots clowns are even from Detroit and know nothing about the issue. The only reason they're going through this round of shutoffs is because they're trying to eliminate some of the debt to attract more private investors which is a good thing. In most cases, private can legally compete with municipal services.
