MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Gov. Mark Dayton challenged energy policy and business leaders Thursday to find a way for Minnesota to eliminate coal from the state's energy production.

Dayton, who has spoken of his aim to eliminate coal before, said it's time to start talking details so that Minnesota can lead the nation.

Willing to bet the WH gave him financial incentives to promote the idea too.

Yes, they are. They have allowed their hatred for us blind them. Their hatred for us blinds them to the fact, that since for the most part, they are parasites and we are the host[s], that we can survive without us when the opposite is true. make no mistake, they spend their every wake moment wishing we were dead and thinking up ways to kill us.

When is the last time he actually saw his own utility bill or wrote a check to pay for it?

We’ve got a couple of really good candidates in the work. Minnesota has voted in Republican governors before, we can do it again.... (I really hope).

I met Jeff Johnson. He’s really savvy, and a good conservative. He’s also looks young, which I think will appeal to younger voters, and he’s been in the lion’s den of Northern Minneapolis reaching out to a lot of people. So, he’s brave and fearless.

It could happen.

You can see the same thing happening in other countries where the parasites take control of government and proceed to try and stamp anything productive. You can see it in Venezuela and Argentina and it has already been done in Cuba and North Korea and even Zimbabwe.

It must be pathological or something. They see some people producing things people need and want and they desire to stop it just like Zimbabwe sees white farmers growing crops and has to stamp it out.

Unfortunately they all too often succeed.

Archbishop Harry Flynn of Minneapolis-St. Paul and Cardinal Roger Mahoney of Los Angeles had informed movement members that they would be welcomed at Masses. George, meanwhile, sent a directive to priests in the archdiocese ordering them to stop sash wearers from receiving Communion.

Yep the last bishop - was at the Mass at the Cathedral-

Now wonder why we vote for Looosers- satan could win an

How many research grants are available for a study of how to use the energy in coal in a non-polluting manner? (crickets)

Degrowth sounds like UN Agenda 21, which would reduce the Earth’s human population by about 85%. I suggest that its supporters set the example- you go first!

Maybe the utilities need to “try” one coal-free day per week.

On those days — “Dayton-days” (?) — no electricity would be generated from burning coal.

The result — an electricity shortage in Minnesota — would be brouoght into balance by allowing higher per-unit prices to allocate whatever elecricity IS generated from other fuels to those folks who can afford to pay the most.

The folks who can’t pay can bask in their “blackouts” and “brown-outs”, of course.

Why do all the anti-liberal, anti-RINO folks around the country criticize Mn. for electing Ventura? He was the alternative to Skip Humphrey(uber lib), and Norm Coleman (Rino). As a result of that election, Skip left politics, and huge success in my book!
Jesse ran on lowering taxes and vehicle fees, and did both. He also sent a check from the overly stuffed state coffers back to the taxpayers.
What would you have had us do?

lead the nation.

into an abyss from whence it may never climb out of.

Left there 40 years ago, still have a lot of family there.

after coal is banned, what next, wood burning?

Dayton could live off his family fortune for years,, but no..

Like Bloomberg.
Nanny knows best.

FL will only accept cold, conservative MN citizens who want to relocate.

Your papers will be checked at the border.
