Welcome to Obamerica. If you’re an American, you’re welcome to leave. If you aren’t, then you’re welcome to stay. No need for any of those judicial formalities. We’re not sticklers for that sort of thing in Obamerica, unless you did something serious, like hoard rainwater or say something mean about minorities on Twitter.
New numbers released by the House Judiciary Committee show the “vast majority” of unaccompanied minors seeking asylum are granted it before even appearing before a judge.
“Information from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that shows 65 percent of unaccompanied alien minors’ asylum applications have been immediately approved by asylum officers in Fiscal Year 2014,” says a Judiciary Committee statement.
“And this is just the first bite of the apple. Many more cases can be approved later. Where an asylum officer does not approve the application, it is then referred to an immigration judge where the applicant can try again. If that fails, they can continue to appeal their case.”

is anyone surprised yet?
Of course not. The 0bama regime and the various foreign entities south of the border are colluding to destroy these United State.
Enemies Foreign and Domestic.
Just who grants it to them and under what authority???
Good question. Why bother with a legal system and judges and all that? Just let the Great Pretender decide.
You are exactly right.
but it does not them Citizens ,can you smell the mass over turning of Voter ID laws etc
I am.. 65% is 35% lower than I thought it would be.
he number of deportations resulting from interior enforcement by ICE declined by 19 percent from 2011 to 2012, and is on track to decline another 22 percent in 2013.
In 2012, the year the Obama administration claimed to break enforcement records, more than one-half of removals attributed to ICE were the result of Border Patrol arrests that would never have been counted as a removal in prior years. In 2008, under the Bush administration, only one-third of removals were from Border Patrol arrests.
Total deportations in 2011, the latest year for which complete numbers are available, numbered 715,495 the lowest level since 1973. The highest number of deportations on record was in 2000, under the Clinton administration, when 1,864,343 aliens were deported.
The plan all along. Well.. Obama said he was going to go around Congress on “immigration.” And he did. Of course the country will pay a steep price for this, but The One wants what he wants.
The other 35% probably had to see a judge who was trucked into the processing center and waved his hand “You can stay!”
If that’s the case, help me understand why Obama needs so much money for lawyers for these “children” - somewhat rhetorical question. One Dim said something like: it’s not fair they go before an immigration court without a lawyer because the kids don’t understand what’s happening, don’t speak English and will automatically be deported.
26 Year Veteran Within Border Patrol (NOW THIS IS SCARY)
Well if they are letting the third world in without penalty then they should extend the offer to Americans who want to give up citizenship without penalty. No paying 10 years of advance taxes/SSI, just give us a plane ticket to wherever we want to go and let us hold and take all our assets with us without penalty.
